Abstract

本实用新型所述的油田注水井口止回阀，由阀体、阀座、球形阀芯、扶正套和堵头组成，球形阀芯在扶正套内上下运动，不会受阻或卡死，阀座同阀体动配合，并同扶正套螺纹连接，卸下堵头，即可通过扶正套将磨损的阀座取出更换，因此，这种油田注水井口止回阀工作可靠，维修方便，适应油田注水恶劣的使用条件，可以替代柱塞式的止回阀，在油田推广使用。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种特别适宜安装在油田注水井口使用的止回阀。
通过油田注水井口注入油田油层的高压水是一种含有大量泥沙、污油的混浊水，设置在这种注水管路中工作的止回阀，其使用条件显然是十分恶劣的，目前使用的油田注水井口止回阀是一种通用的柱塞式止回阀，柱塞阀芯同堵头上阀芯孔的动配合间隙经常被杂物堵塞，使阀芯的升降受阻或卡死，此时，止回阀失去止回作用，一旦停泵，井下的高压水即夹带大量的泥沙返流，造成注水井堵塞，甚至使整口注水井报废。此外，这种止回阀的阀座同阀体是静配合，阀座磨损后，因无法取出阀座，只得整个更换止回阀，造成浪费。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种工作可靠、维修方便的油田注水井口止回阀。

下面结合实施例来详细描述本实用新型的内容。
本实用新型由阀体（1）、阀座（2）、球形阀芯（3）、扶正套（4）和堵头（5）装配而成。阀座（2）同阀体（1）动配合，下设密封圈（6）；堵头（5）同阀体（1）螺纹连接，在堵头（5）同阀体（1）之间设置密封圈（7），球形阀芯（3）设在扶正套（4）内，且同扶正套（4）之间留有足够大的间隙，扶正套（4）的作用有四：一是对球形阀芯（3）的上下运动进行导向；二是扶正套（4）的周向设有众多的导流孔（8），从阀进口流进的高压水流过导流孔（8）从阀出口流出；三是堵头（5）通过扶正套（4）将阀座（2）压紧在阀体（1）上；四是扶正套（4）同阀座（2）螺纹连接，卸下堵头（5），抓着扶正套（4）即可把阀座（2）取出；为了提高阀座（2）密封面的使用寿命，阀座密封面由两个形成夹角的密封面（9、10）构成；在堵头（5）的下面可设置一个防碰垫块（11），用来保护球面阀芯（3）的球形密封面。
上述止回阀的球形阀芯在扶正套中上下运动有足够的空间，不会受阻或卡死，阀座磨损后，又可取出更换，因此这种油田注水井口止回阀工作可靠，维修方便，适应油田注水恶劣的使用条件，可以替代柱塞式止回阀，在油田推广使用。

Claims (3)

1、一种油田注水井口止回阀，由阀体、阀座、阀芯和堵头组成，其特征是：所述的阀芯是球形阀芯(3)，设在具有导流孔(8)的扶正套(4)内，堵头(5)通过扶正套(4)将阀座(2)压在阀体(1)上，且扶正套(4)同阀座(2)螺纹连接，阀座(2)同阀体(1)之间动配合，並设有密封圈(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的油田注水井口止回阀，其特征是：阀座（2）的密封面由两个形成夹角的密封面（9、10）构成。
3、根据权利要求1、2所述的油田注水井口止回阀，其特征是：堵头（5）的下面设有防碰垫块（11）。
