技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种蒸发器，尤其涉及的是一种旋转膜再沸式蒸发器。
背景技术
蒸发就是用加热的方法，将含有不挥发性溶质的溶液加热至沸腾状况，使部分溶剂汽化并被移除，从而提高溶剂中溶质浓度的单元操作。蒸发器主要包括加热室和蒸发室两部分组成，加热室向液体提供蒸发所需要的热量，促使液体沸腾汽化，蒸发室使气液两相完全分离。通常情况下，可在蒸发室外设置加热层，加热层内通入热介质为蒸发室提供热量。另一方面，加热蒸汽被直接通入蒸发室中，完成蒸发和分离的过程。但是，在通入热介质的过程中，由于热介质与管壁之间相对运动较缓，热介质与管壁之间的滞留层较厚，对热量的传递具有一定影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供了一种旋转膜再沸式蒸发器，以提高换热效率。

本实用新型提供了一种旋转膜再沸式蒸发器，包括蒸发室，及设于蒸发室外表面的加热层，所述加热层包括热介质入口和热介质出口，热介质通过加热层的热介质入口通入，在加热层内与蒸发室之间发生热交换，为蒸发室加热，所述加热层内还设有蒸汽盘管，所述蒸汽盘管的蒸汽输入端与外部的蒸汽发生装置连接后，其管身通过加热层的盘管入口进入加热层，再通过盘管出口伸出，再由蒸发室的侧壁通入蒸发室内，所述蒸汽盘管与加热层的盘管入口、盘管出口、蒸发室之间均为密封连接。
进一步地，所述蒸汽盘管由下至上缠绕在蒸发室的外表面，以保证蒸汽盘管与热介质最大的接触面积，为热介质加热。
进一步地，所述蒸汽输出端由蒸发室的上部侧壁切向通入，以提供切向的喷射力，使物料在蒸发室的内侧壁上强制成膜，极大增强了蒸发效率。
进一步地，所述蒸发室内还设有搅拌装置，所述搅拌装置包括由蒸发室顶部延伸至底部的搅拌轴，设置在搅拌轴上的搅拌叶，和设于搅拌叶端部的刮板，所述刮板与蒸发室内壁相抵，所述搅拌轴由电极驱动转动。
本发明的原理是：通过将热蒸汽通过蒸汽盘管为加热层二次加热，使加热层中的热介质实现再沸，热介质沸腾过程中产生大量的气液混合物，湍流程度加剧，冲散了热介质与管壁之间的滞留层，换热效果得到极大提高。
本实用新型相比现有技术具有以下优点：本实用新型提供了一种旋转膜再沸式蒸发器，该蒸发器充分利用热蒸汽的热量，对加热层的热介质进行二次加热，使热介质处于沸腾状态，使分子运动加剧，大大减小了热介质与管壁之间的滞留层厚度，提高了换热效率；同时，蒸汽由蒸发室的侧壁切向通入，将物料直接喷向蒸发室的内侧壁上强制成膜，极大增强了蒸发效率。

具体实施方式
下面对本实用新型的实施例作详细说明，本实施例在以本实用新型技术方案为前提下进行实施，给出了详细的实施方式和具体的操作过程，但本实用新型的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种旋转膜再沸式蒸发器，具有如图1和2所示的结构，包括蒸发室1，及设于蒸发室1外表面的加热层2，所述加热层2为一种热油加热层2，包括热介质入口21和热介质出口22，加热的热油通过热介质入口21通入，在加热层2内与蒸发室1之间发生热交换，为蒸发室1加热。为了减小加热层2与蒸发室1之间的滞留层，提高热交换效率，本实施例在加热层2内设有蒸汽盘管3，所述蒸汽盘管3的蒸汽输入端与外部的蒸汽发生器连接，其管身通过加热层2的盘管入口进入加热层2，再通过盘管出口伸出，其蒸汽输出端由蒸发室1的侧壁通入。在此过程中，通入的热蒸汽为热油进行二次加热，加热过程中，部分热油气化，形成气体，分子运动加剧，热介质的湍流程度会加剧，冲散滞留层，提高换热效率。
所述蒸汽盘管3沿着蒸发室1的外表面盘绕上升，其蒸汽输出端通过加热层2的盘管出口伸出后，由蒸发室1的上部侧壁切向通入，所述蒸发室1上还设有搅拌装置4，所述搅拌装置4包括由蒸发室1顶部延伸至底部的搅拌轴41，设置在搅拌轴41上的搅拌叶42，设于搅拌叶42端部的刮板43，所述刮板43与蒸发室1内壁相抵，所述搅拌轴41由电机44驱动转动。工作时，热蒸汽切向喷入蒸发室1内，将物料喷射到蒸发室1的内壁上，同时搅拌装置4通过刮板43的运动将物料强制成膜，极大增强了蒸发效率，且停留时间长。

1.一种旋转膜再沸式蒸发器，包括蒸发室，及设于蒸发室外表面的加热层，其特征在于，所述加热层内还设有蒸汽盘管，所述蒸汽盘管的蒸汽输入端与外部的蒸汽发生装置连接后，其管身通过加热层的盘管入口进入加热层，再通过盘管出口伸出，再由蒸发室的侧壁通入蒸发室内，所述蒸汽盘管与加热层的盘管入口、盘管出口、蒸发室之间均为密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转膜再沸式蒸发器，其特征在于，所述蒸汽盘管由下至上缠绕在蒸发室的外表面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转膜再沸式蒸发器，其特征在于，所述蒸汽输出端由蒸发室的上部侧壁切向通入。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种旋转膜再沸式蒸发器，其特征在于，所述蒸发室内还设有搅拌装置，所述搅拌装置包括由蒸发室顶部延伸至底部的搅拌轴，设置在搅拌轴上的搅拌叶，和设于搅拌叶端部的刮板，所述刮板与蒸发室内壁相抵，所述搅拌轴由电极驱动转动。
