Abstract

本实用新型属于车辆动力装置的附件，尤其是拖拉机的柴油机油箱。本实用新型的关键在于将油箱做成夹层式，内层箱体中装柴油，外层箱体中装水，以代替原先的水箱与油箱并列置于柴油机机体上的结构。本结构的油箱不但能使用正号或负10号油，扩大了柴油机用油范围，而且使拖拉机在北方严寒冬季使用，节约用油，减少机件磨损，减少水耗量。

Description

该实用新型属于车辆动力装置的附件。尤其是拖拉机的柴油机油箱。
现有的蒸发式水箱柴油机的水箱和油箱都置于柴油机机体之上，即依靠水箱内水的自由蒸发带走循环热能。该结构的油箱在北方寒冷冬季只能使用负20号以上的优质柴油，不用使用负10号或正号柴油。限制了柴油机的使用范围，也就影响了拖拉机的使用。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种水箱、油箱为一体的新型结构的蒸发式水箱柴油机节能油箱，以克服上述柴油机油箱的缺点。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的。将油箱做成夹层式，以代替原先的水箱与油箱并列置于柴油机机体之上的结构。
本实用新型的结构使得柴油机不但能使用正号或负10号油，扩大了柴油机用油范围，而且使拖拉机在北方严寒冬季使用；由于柴油在最佳燃烧状态下燃烧，降低油耗，节约用油；减少机件磨损和机械故障；由于增加了水箱的散热面积，部分柴油机燃烧热可通过热传导散发，从而减少水量的蒸发，水耗量减少。
本实用新型的详细结构由附图及实施例给出。
附图1为本实用新型的结构示意图。
实施例如下：选用L195（110）型柴油机。将柴油箱体1做成夹层式，外层容积0.03米3，内层容积0.02米3。置于柴油机机体之上，内层箱体中装有柴油3，外层箱体中装有水4，内层箱体的箱盖2通过外层箱体，外层箱体代替原结构的水箱。冬季起动前向外层箱体中充热水，待热水将柴油温热后便可顺利起动。拖拉机正常运转后，外层箱体内的水温可保持在60－70℃范围内，使柴油在最佳燃烧状态下燃烧，以达到降低油耗的效果。
