在黑刚玉生产过程中，熔融的黑刚玉熔液需要进行倒炉工艺，其中包括先起电极，待电流不小于5000A时，停电起电极；倾倒炉提前0.5小时准备接包，关闭冷却水；倾倒时本着先慢后快，最后稍慢的原则；在倾倒过程中，一般倾倒角度难以控制，在倾倒过后过程中，炉咀容易碰到接包，造成炉体损坏或者抬包损坏，另外，由于一般炉体较高，而接包位置较低，倾倒时，倾斜角较大，倾倒危险性高。

为解决以上问题，本实用新型提供一种黑刚玉倒炉用移动缓冲架，包括支架，位于支架顶端的料斗，与料斗连接的溜槽，位于支架下端的移动轮；所述支架包括四根立柱，其中两根立柱上端焊接于溜槽的下端，另外两根焊接于料斗的下端，所述立柱通过横梁连接，并采用加强筋固定，所述立柱的一侧设置有维修梯，在料斗的前后两侧均焊接有工具存放台，所述工具存放台通过支脚焊接于支架上；所述料斗下端处设置有开口，在开口处倾斜焊接有溜槽。

如图1所示，本实用新型提供一种黑刚玉倒炉用移动缓冲架，包括支架1，位于支架1顶端的料斗2，与料斗2连接的溜槽3，位于支架1下端的移动轮4；所述支架包括四根立柱5，其中两根立柱5上端焊接于溜槽3的下端，另外两根立柱5焊接于料斗2的下端，所述立柱5通过横梁6连接，两根立柱5之间设置四根横梁6，在横梁6与立柱5之间采用加强筋7固定，所述立柱5的一侧设置有维修梯8，所述维修梯由槽钢组成，垂直均匀焊接于立柱5上，在料斗2的前后两侧均焊接有工具存放台9，所述工具存放台9通过支脚10焊接于支架1上；所述料斗2下端处设置有开口，在开口处倾斜焊接有溜槽3。
所述料斗1和溜槽2中均设置有耐高温内衬11。
所述移动轮3通过轴承设置于焊接在支架外侧的轮轴12上。
