一种新型复合土工膜
技术领域
本实用新型涉及土工复合材料技术领域,特别涉及一种新型复合土工膜。
背景技术
目前,公知的复合土工膜是用土工织物和土工膜复合而成的,主要分为:低密度聚乙烯土工膜、高密度聚乙烯土工膜、EVA土工膜。现有的复合土工膜厚度较薄,强度高,防渗性能好,可适用于堤坝、排水沟渠的防渗处理,以及废料场的防污处理。但是,在实际施工过程中,传统的复合土工膜存在耐环境应力开裂性差、延伸率低、易滑动等缺点,影响工程防渗防水效果。
中国国家知识产权局2011年4月13日公开了一项名称为“一种复合土工膜”,申请号为CN201010549202.3的发明专利申请;以及2013年1月23日公开了一项名称为“双糙面土工膜”,申请号为CN201110202528.3的发明专利申请。其上两个专利有效解决了传统土工膜存在的部分问题,但是适应环境能力方面的仍有不足。专利“一种复合土工膜”在土工膜本体的设有一摩擦系数大、强度高的土工格栅防滑层;专利“双糙面土工膜”将土工膜本体的两面均设置为凸起糙面。上述两项专利都增加了土工膜本体与周围介质界面的摩擦力,有效避免了发生土工膜滑移现象,但是两者都没有考虑传统的复合土工膜存在耐环境应力开裂性差、延伸率低等缺点,影响实际使用效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提供一种新型复合土工膜:包括高密度聚乙烯土工膜层、聚氯乙烯膜层和粗糙凸出条纹,所述高密度聚乙烯土工膜层上侧涂覆聚氯乙烯,形成聚氯乙烯膜层厚度为3~5mm。
作为优选,所述高密度聚乙烯土工膜层下侧排设粗糙凸出条纹,所述高密度聚乙烯土工膜层由树脂材料制成,经热塑、模压或粘合而成。采用上述方案后,通过在高密度聚乙烯土工膜层上侧涂覆聚氯乙烯和在其下侧排设粗糙凸出条纹,解决了复合土工膜易受环境因素影响而损坏的问题,增大摩擦阻力,提高稳定性。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型有益效果可根据对上述方案的叙述得知:通过在高密度聚乙烯土工膜层上侧涂覆聚氯乙烯,形成聚氯乙烯膜层,增强了抗紫外线能力,使物理性能更加稳定,克服传统复合土工膜适应环境能力的不足。通过在高密度聚乙烯土工膜层下侧排设由树脂材料制成的粗糙凸出条纹,增大复合土工膜与摊铺面之间的摩擦力,提高复合土工膜的防滑能力。

为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,对本方案进行阐述。
参照附图1,一种新型复合土工膜具体实施例:包括高密度聚乙烯土工膜层1、聚氯乙烯膜层2和粗糙凸出条纹3,所述高密度聚乙烯土工膜层1上侧涂覆聚氯乙烯,形成聚氯乙烯膜层2厚度为3~5mm。在使用时,增强抗紫外线能力,使物理性能更加稳定。
参照附图2,所述高密度聚乙烯土工膜层1下侧排设粗糙凸出条纹,所述高密度聚乙烯土工膜层1由树脂材料制成,经热塑、模压或粘合而成,不仅增强复合土工膜与摊铺面之间的摩擦力,而且提高复合土工膜的防滑能力。

1.一种新型复合土工膜,其特征在于:包括高密度聚乙烯土工膜层(1)、聚氯乙烯膜层(2)和粗糙凸出条纹(3),其特征是:所述高密度聚乙烯土工膜层(1)上侧涂覆聚氯乙烯,形成聚氯乙烯膜层(2)厚度为3~5mm。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的一种新型复合土工膜,其特征是:所述高密度聚乙烯土工膜层(1)下侧排设粗糙凸出条纹,所述高密度聚乙烯土工膜层(1)由树脂材料制成,经热塑、模压或粘合而成。
