技术领域
本实用新型涉及土工材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种适用于坡道的钢塑土工格栅。
背景技术
格栅是用聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯等高分子聚合物经热塑或模压而成的二维网格状或具有一定高度的三维立体网格屏栅,当作为土木工程使用时,称为土工格栅。土工格栅种类多样可以大致分为塑料土工格栅、钢塑土工格栅、玻璃纤维土工格栅和聚酯经编涤纶土工格栅四大类,其中钢塑土工格栅是使用比较广泛的一种。
钢塑土工格栅作为一种加筋土工合成材料,鉴于其具有强度大、蠕变小,能增强土体稳定性等优势而被广泛应用于公路、铁路、堤坝、港口等软土地基工程,以及高大挡土墙工程中。但是,目前采用的钢塑土工格栅也存在不足之处,列举如下:①在坡道工程中,通常采用普通钢塑土工格栅,没有专门适合于坡道的钢塑土工格栅,坡道不同于水平路面,所以坡道采用普通钢塑土工格栅时,坡道土体易发生下滑、开裂现象;②横向格栅带形状多为矩形,与土体的接触面积小,不能有效发挥格栅与土体的嵌锁、咬合作用,使得坡道土体的承载力降低;③横向格栅带中高强钢丝的摆放方式多为“一”字形,其摆放方式降低了格栅带强度,格栅在坡道土体中工作时易受到损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足,提供一种适用于坡道的钢塑土工格栅,该钢塑土工格栅可增大土体承载力,防止土体发生滑移现象。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的,提供一种适用于坡道的钢塑土工格栅,一种适用于坡道的钢塑土工格栅,其特征在于:包括通过注塑凸结点连接的横向格栅带和纵向格栅带,所述横向格栅带为三棱柱,所述纵向格栅带为长方体,所述横向格栅带设置在纵向格栅带上表面;所述横向格栅带包括位于格栅带内部的高强钢丝,以及包覆于高强钢丝外部的高密度聚乙烯外层;所述纵向格栅带包括位于格栅带内部的高强钢丝,以及包覆于高强钢丝外部的高密度聚乙烯外层;所述横向格栅带中的高强钢丝为多根,且摆放方式为三角形,三角形其中一边与横向格栅带的斜边平行;所述横向格栅带与纵向格栅带表面均布满横向波纹。
作为优选,所述横向格栅带的宽度等于纵向格栅带的宽度。
作为优选,所述横向格栅带中高强钢丝为6根。
作为优选,所述纵向格栅带中的高强钢丝为多根,摆放方式为“一”字型。
作为优选,所述横向格栅带上横向波纹之间的间距小于2mm。
作为优选,所述纵向格栅带上横向波纹之间间距小于1mm。
本实用新型的有益效果为:
1、横向格栅带斜面与坡道保持平行,斜面的设置增加了与土体的接触面积,增加了对土体的承载力,增大了格栅与土体的嵌锁、咬合作用,保证了坡道路面不发生开裂、下滑现象。
2、横向格栅带中的高强钢丝摆放方式为三角形,三角形具体较高的稳定性,增强其结构强度,横向格栅带斜边承受的土体的承载力,可以有效传递到高强钢丝,格栅带在坡道土体中工作时不易受到损坏。

具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,对本方案进行阐述。
如图1所示,本实用新型包括通过注塑凸结点4连接的横向格栅带1和纵向格栅带3,如图2所示,所述横向格栅带1为三棱柱,所述纵向格栅带3为长方体,所述横向格栅带1设置在纵向格栅带3上表面,横向格栅带1的宽度等于纵向格栅带3的宽度。所述横向格栅带1包括位于格栅带内部的高强钢丝2,以及包覆于高强钢丝2外部的高密度聚乙烯外层。所述纵向格栅带3包括位于格栅带内部的高强钢丝2,以及包覆于高强钢丝2外部的高密度聚乙烯外层。横向格栅带1为三棱柱结构,使用时使三棱柱斜面与坡道保持平行,斜面的设置增加了与土体的接触面积,增加了对土体的承载力,增大了格栅与土体的嵌锁、咬合作用,保证了坡道路面不发生开裂、下滑现象。
所述横向格栅带1中的高强钢丝2为多根,且摆放方式为三角形,三角形其中一边与横向格栅带1的斜边平行,优化方案中,横向格栅带1中高强钢丝2为6根。将横向格栅带1中的高强钢丝2摆放成三角形结构,是因为三角形具体较高的稳定性,增强其结构强度,且三角形一边与横向格栅带1斜边平行可以将横向格栅带1斜边承受的土体的承载力,有效传递到高强钢丝2,格栅带在坡道土体中工作时不易受到损坏。所述纵向格栅带3中的高强钢丝2为多根,摆放方式为“一”字型。
所述横向格栅带1与纵向格栅带3表面均布满横向波纹5。横向格栅带1上横向波纹5之间的间距小于2mm,纵向格栅带3上横向波纹5之间间距小于1mm。横向波纹5的作用是增加格栅带与土体的嵌锁、咬合作用。

1.一种适用于坡道的钢塑土工格栅,其特征在于:包括通过注塑凸结点(4)连接的横向格栅带(1)和纵向格栅带(3),所述横向格栅带(1)为三棱柱,所述纵向格栅带(3)为长方体,所述横向格栅带(1)设置在纵向格栅带(3)上表面;所述横向格栅带(1)包括位于格栅带内部的高强钢丝(2),以及包覆于高强钢丝(2)外部的高密度聚乙烯外层;所述纵向格栅带(3)包括位于格栅带内部的高强钢丝(2),以及包覆于高强钢丝(2)外部的高密度聚乙烯外层;所述横向格栅带(1)中的高强钢丝(2)为多根,且摆放方式为三角形,三角形其中一边与横向格栅带(1)的斜边平行;所述横向格栅带(1)与纵向格栅带(3)表面均布满横向波纹(5)。
