本实用新型涉及一种土工格栅，尤其是涉及一种阻燃钢塑复合土工格栅。
背景技术
土工格栅是用聚丙烯、聚乙烯等高分子聚合物经热塑拉伸或焊接而成的二维网格状网材。钢塑格栅承受抗拉强度高，变形小，使用寿命强，与土地摩擦阻力大，能加强土体整体的稳定性，可广泛用于铁路、公路、机场、港口码头、防洪堤坝、桥台、路堑等软基础的处理工程和建筑工程。随着工业的发展，对钢塑格栅的性能要求越来越高，特别是矿用钢塑格栅，对阻燃性能要求特别高，传统的格栅不具备阻燃性，遇到明火极易燃烧，不能满足土工工程技术的需要，以及矿下使用的安全性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种阻燃性能好、抗拉力强的阻燃钢塑复合土工格栅。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括钢塑复合加筋带，钢塑复合加筋带由阻燃树脂层和多种钢丝组成，多种钢丝呈纵横交错状设置在阻燃树脂层的内部，阻燃树脂层的外部具有压纹。
本实用新型的有益效果是：1、磨擦不易产生静电，在煤矿井下的环境里，表面电阻平均值均在1×109Ω以下；2、阻燃性能良好，在明火环境里只熔化不燃烧，即使燃烧离火最长不超过3s即灭，氧指数为29；3、强度大、承载力强、抗腐蚀、防老化、施工方便、使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
从图1所示本实用新型的结构示意图和图2的A—A剖视图可以看出，本实用新型包括钢塑复合加筋带1，钢塑复合加筋带1由阻燃树脂层3和多种钢丝2组成，阻燃树脂是对塑料树脂进行阻燃改性处理。多种钢丝2呈纵横交错状设置在阻燃树脂层3的内部，纵向钢丝与横向钢丝交点处采用高频焊接。阻燃树脂层3和内部的钢丝2采用一次成型，阻燃树脂层3的表面压制有粗糙的压纹4，以增强格栅表面的粗糙程度，提高产品与土体的摩擦系数。

1.一种阻燃钢塑复合土工格栅，包括钢塑复合加筋带（1），其特征是：所述钢塑复合加筋带（1）由阻燃树脂层（3）和多种钢丝（2）组成，多种钢丝（2）呈纵横交错状设置在阻燃树脂层（3）的内部，阻燃树脂层（3）的外部具有压纹（4）。
