本实用新型涉及一种土工格栅，尤其是涉及一种阻燃双向拉伸塑料土工格栅。
背景技术
土工格栅是用聚丙烯、聚乙烯等高分子聚合物经热塑拉伸或焊接而成的二维网格状网材。随着工业的发展，对土工格栅的性能要求越来越高，特别是矿用格栅，对阻燃性能要求特别高，传统的格栅不具备阻燃性，遇到明火极易燃烧，不能满足土工工程技术的需要，以及矿下使用的安全性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种强度高、阻燃性能好的阻燃双向拉伸塑料土工格栅。
本实用新型的技术方案是：由若干经向阻燃树脂肋条和纬向阻燃树脂肋条交错组成多个正方形网，经向阻燃树脂肋条和纬向阻燃树脂肋条交错处共用一个节点。
本实用新型的有益效果是：具有强度高、结构稳定、抗老化、耐腐蚀、阻燃等诸多优点。由于具有阻燃性，可以用在煤矿做互帮网，摩擦不易产生静电，在煤矿井下的环境里，塑料网表面电阻平均值在3×108Ω以下；便于洗煤，在洗煤过程中，破碎的网片漂浮在水面上，易于被冲洗掉；防腐蚀能力强，抗老化；便于施工和运输，塑料网相对比较柔软，在施工中不易划伤工人，而且具有容易卷曲打捆、矿用格栅裁剪和比重轻的特点，因而便于井下运输、携带和施工；纵横方向均有较强的承载能力。

从图1所示本实用新型的结构示意图可以看出，本实用新型由经向阻燃树脂肋条1和纬向阻燃树脂肋条2组成，若干经向阻燃树脂肋条1和纬向阻燃树脂肋条2交错组成多个正方形网，经向阻燃树脂肋条1和纬向阻燃树脂肋条2交错处共用一个节点3。阻燃树脂是通过纳米材料改性树脂，节约了原材料，强度增高。
