背景技术
土工格栅是用聚丙烯、聚乙烯等高分子聚合物经热塑拉伸或焊接而成的二维网格状网材。随着工业的发展，对土工格栅的性能要求越来越高，随着工程技术水平要求的提高，大家对工程质量水平的要求也逐步提高，尤其是关系民生的大型工程，大型水库的修建，铁路、架桥等工程对其稳定性要求特别高，有许多拉伸强度低的产品不适合应用于这些大型工程项目中，这就要求土工材料领域研究更高强度的产品，以适应于大型工程的开发运用。目前，国内外有许多厂家生产塑料格栅，但大都强度偏低、稳定性较差。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是：提供一种强度高、稳定性好的高强度双向拉伸塑料土工格栅。
本实用新型的技术方案是：由若干横肋和纵肋交错组成多个方形网，横肋和纵肋交错处共用一个节点，横肋长度L1为36.5-37.5mm、中间宽度Lb为2.9-3.2mm、横肋中间厚5.4-5.9mm，纵肋长度L2为36-37mm 、中间宽度La为2.6-3.0mm、纵肋中间厚7.7-8mm，节点对角宽度L为9-11mm、节点中心厚8-8.6 mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于采用了合理的结构尺寸，使本实用新型比普通格栅的强度更大，幅宽4-6m的纵横向拉伸强度≥50KN/m，具有强度高、结构稳定、成本低等优点，应用领域广。

从图1所示本实用新型的结构示意图可以看出，本实用新型由若干横肋1和纵肋2交错组成多个方形网，横肋1和纵肋2交错处共用一个节点3。横肋1长度L1为36.5-37.5mm、中间宽度Lb为2.9-3.2mm、横肋中间厚5.4-5.9mm。纵肋2长度L2为36-37mm 、中间宽度La为2.6-3.0mm、纵肋中间厚7.7-8mm。节点3的对角宽度L为9-11mm、节点中心厚8-8.6 mm。本实用新型是采用专用设备加工而成，通过检测，幅宽4-6 m，纵横向拉伸强度≥50KN/m，纵向标称伸长率≤15%，横向标称伸长率≤13%，强度高。

1.一种高强度双向拉伸塑料土工格栅，其特征是：由若干横肋（1）和纵肋（2）交错组成多个方形网，横肋（1）和纵肋（2）交错处共用一个节点（3），所述横肋（1）长度L1为36.5-37.5mm、中间宽度Lb为2.9-3.2mm、横肋中间厚5.4-5.9mm，所述纵肋（2）长度L2为36-37mm 、中间宽度La为2.6-3.0mm、纵肋中间厚7.7-8mm，所述节点（3）对角宽度L为9-11mm、节点中心厚8-8.6 mm。
