本实用新型碳素单壁波纹管,其管壁的截面为波纹形,单个波纹形沿管中心线旋转一周可形成闭合环,由连续闭合环形成管壁。本实用新型采用高密度聚乙烯原材料及碳素粒子等添加剂,经真空吸塑成型工艺,生产一种具有波纹形闭合环状管壁结构的管道。该管具有重量轻、弯曲半径小、抗外压强度高、绝缘电阻小、耐腐蚀、不渗漏、防鼠咬、耐候性好、产率高,遇障碍可绕性等一系列优点。

本实用新型涉及一种塑料管,特别是一种碳素单壁波纹管。
背景技术
目前,国内各大城市都在实施电力电缆埋地工程,而排管施工是各种施工方法中最经济科学的。目前国内广泛用于排管施工的管道主要是水泥管、硬聚氯乙烯管和氯化聚氯乙烯管。它们都存在接口多、易脆裂、不能弯曲、施工复杂等缺陷,不能适应电力施工的要求。而近几年兴起的碳素螺旋管给电力电缆埋地施工带来了便捷,但是,这种管道在生产时存在螺旋速度与直线速度相互制约,产品产率低,另外,其螺旋形非闭合环管壁结构较非螺旋闭合环管壁结构环刚度低的缺点成为了这种管道产品的技术瓶颈。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于,提供一种碳素单壁波纹管,以克服目前电力电缆保护套管接口多、易脆裂、不能弯曲、施工复杂以及碳素螺旋管产率低、环刚度低的缺陷,不能适应电力电缆埋地施工的需求的技术问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种碳素单壁波纹管,其管壁的截面为波纹形,单个波纹形沿管中心线旋转一周可形成闭合环,由连续闭合环形成管壁。
