本实用新型属于土工技术领域,具体涉及一种覆膜防水毯。
背景技术
钠基膨润土防水毯作为这一种永久性的环保型防渗材料,在土工工程的应用中逐渐普及,但是其防渗能力有限。土工膜作为一种防水材料,防水性能优异,但自我修复能力差、剪切强度低。覆膜防水毯综合了这两种材料的优点,具有很好的推广价值,共有五层结构,在无纺布与PE膜之间含有一层胶黏剂,缺点是剥离强度低、不环保、成本高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种热复合型覆膜防水毯,以解决现有技术不环保、成本高、剪切强度低、自我修复能力及剥离性差等问题。
本实用新型主要由土工布、钠基膨润土组成,解决其问题所采用的技术方案是在两层土工布之间设置钠基膨润土,在土工布上设置一层热复合型覆膜,构成四层覆膜防水毯。
采用本实用新型的积极效果是:
1、复合后的强度较高;
2、复合后的表面平整;
3、剥离性及自我修复能力好;
4、复合过程中不产生有毒物质。

具体实施方式
如图所示:在两层土工布之间加入钠基膨润土2,上、下层土工布分别采用无纺布及编织布,在其中一层土工布1上涂接一层HDPE膜,在避光环境下,接受360mm紫外光照射后,迅速固化,构成四层覆膜防水毯。
