背景技术
铝排主要用于高低压电器、开关触头、配电设备、母线槽等电器工程，作为导电总线，具有电阻率低、可折弯度大等优点。
随着工业发展的进步，板材的切割需求也随即增大，目前车间对较小型的板材切割往往都是车间工人手持操作，操作过程十分危险并且效率很低。因此在工作中还必需配备足够数量的工件夹具，才能保证产品的质量和快捷的生产效率。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种安全、效率的板材切割夹具，解决现有技术中切割板材危险效率低等问题。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种用于铝排切割斜角的夹具，包括底板、螺杆和压板，所述底板和压板上均开设有四个螺纹孔，且底板上的四个螺纹孔之间以及压板上的四个螺纹孔之间均构成矩形形状，所述螺杆由位于中间的矩形柱体以及连接在矩形柱体上下两端的圆柱形杆体组成，圆柱形杆体的外表设置有螺纹，螺杆的下端圆柱形杆体旋设在底板的螺纹孔内，螺杆的上端圆柱形杆体穿过压板设置，且上端圆柱形杆体的端头设置有压紧螺母，夹具还包括两块相互平行设置的垫板，垫板的背面固定在螺杆的矩形柱体上，两个垫板之间形成用于夹持铝排的通道。
作为本新型一种用于铝排切割斜角的夹具的进一步改进：所述底板和压板上的四个螺杆孔中，位于同一侧的其中两个螺杆孔为圆形孔，另外两个螺杆孔为长条形孔，用以方便调节夹紧板的宽度。

如图所示，一种用于铝排切割斜角的夹具，包括底板1、螺杆2和压板3，所述底板1和压板3上均开设有四个螺纹孔，且底板1上的四个螺纹孔之间以及压板3上的四个螺纹孔之间均构成矩形形状，所述底板1和压板3上的四个螺杆孔中，位于同一侧的其中两个螺杆孔为圆形孔，另外两个螺杆孔为长条形孔，所述螺杆2由位于中间的矩形柱体以及连接在矩形柱体上下两端的圆柱形杆体组成，圆柱形杆体的外表设置有螺纹，螺杆2的下端圆柱形杆体旋设在底板1的螺纹孔内，螺杆2的上端圆柱形杆体穿过压板3设置，且上端圆柱形杆体的端头设置有压紧螺母4，夹具还包括两块相互平行设置的垫板5，垫板5的背面固定在螺杆2的矩形柱体上，两个垫板5之间形成用于夹持铝排的通道；在使用时将铝排从夹持通道中穿过调节按紧螺母4使压板3紧固铝排，然后进行切割工作。

1.一种用于铝排切割斜角的夹具，包括底板（1）、螺杆（2）和压板（3），其特征在于：所述底板（1）和压板（3）上均开设有四个螺纹孔，且底板（1）上的四个螺纹孔之间以及压板（3）上的四个螺纹孔之间均构成矩形形状，所述螺杆（2）由位于中间的矩形柱体以及连接在矩形柱体上下两端的圆柱形杆体组成，圆柱形杆体的外表设置有螺纹，螺杆（2）的下端圆柱形杆体旋设在底板（1）的螺纹孔内，螺杆（2）的上端圆柱形杆体穿过压板（3）设置，且上端圆柱形杆体的端头设置有压紧螺母（4），夹具还包括两块相互平行设置的垫板（5），垫板（5）的背面固定在螺杆（2）的矩形柱体上，两个垫板（5）之间形成用于夹持铝排的通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种用于铝排切割斜角的夹具，其特征在于：所述底板（1）和压板（3）上的四个螺杆孔中，位于同一侧的其中两个螺杆孔为圆形孔，另外两个螺杆孔为长条形孔。
