本实用新型提供一种具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备,所述具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备包括功能件和设置于所述功能件外侧并包覆所述功能件的非晶态合金外壳;所述功能件用于实现具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备的使用功能,包覆所述功能件的所述非晶态合金外壳用于隔阻所述功能件与用户直接接触。与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的一种具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备,由于设置有非晶态合金外壳,并通过该非晶态合金外壳包覆功能件,使得功能件不与用户接触,而由非晶态合金外壳与用户直接接触,基于该非晶态合金具有的具有抗菌功能,以提供用户更加的使用体验。

技术领域
本实用新型属于非晶材料领域,涉及一种具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金。
背景技术
非晶态合金是指熔体金属经急冷而得到的金属合金,其微观结构不同于晶态金属,具有短程有序、长程无序的特点,使其表面有许多空的电子轨道,表面电子配位不饱和,表面自由能较晶态合金高,因此其在热力学上处于不稳或亚稳状态,在适当的条件下非晶态结构可以向晶态结构转化。
基于非晶态合金表现出各种优异的力学、物理化学性能,被广泛应用于航空航天领域,而在民用领域的使用显得不足。
有鉴于此,确有必要提供由非晶态合金制成的民用产品,以提高人们日益提高的物质需求。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种由非晶态合金制成的民用产品,以提高人们日益提高的物质需求。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型提供一种具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备,所述具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备包括功能件和设置于所述功能件外侧并包覆所述功能件的非晶态合金外壳;所述功能件用于实现具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备的使用功能,包覆所述功能件的所述非晶态合金外壳用于隔阻所述功能件与用户直接接触。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的一种具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备,由于设置有非晶态合金外壳,并通过该非晶态合金外壳包覆功能件,使得功能件不与用户接触,而由非晶态合金外壳与用户直接接触,基于该非晶态合金具有的具有抗菌功能,以提供用户更加的使用体验。
较佳的,所述由具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备为运动手表、运动手环、心率测试带、或健康监测环。
具体地,所述功能件包括CPU、测试部件、及通信传输结构。
较佳的,所述非晶态合金外壳由非晶态合金通过成型或机加工工艺制成。
具体地,所述非晶态合金外壳包括壳体,和喷涂、溅射、或电镀至所述壳体外侧形成的致密的非晶态合金层;根据该方式,使得非晶态合金外壳仅需要较少的非晶态合金,即能够达到较佳的使用体验,从而有效降低生产成本。
进一步的,所述非晶态合金层形成于所述非晶态合金外壳朝向用户的侧面;非晶态合金层仅设置于非晶态合金外壳朝向用户的侧面,一方面不会影响对本实用新型具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备的外观不会产生任何影响,另一方面进一步的减少非晶态合金的用量。
较佳的,所述壳体为金属材质或塑料材质。
具体地,所述非晶态合金成分为:Ag 2wt%~8wt%;Eu 1wt%~3wt%;Ce 1wt%~3wt%;Mg 20wt%~40wt%;Cu 40wt%~60wt%;Zn 3wt%~10wt%;Al 1wt%~5wt%;这几种金属形成的非晶态合金可以起到抑菌和杀菌的作用,抑菌即在细菌的增殖期,金属吸附在细胞壁上,与细胞膜蛋白结合,破坏膜中的酶,防止细胞生长所需能量代谢的电子传递,抑制细菌个体生长;杀菌是指当细菌处于非增殖期时,金属对细胞膜酶的破坏,导致细菌维持个体生存所需的能量代谢不能正常进行而死亡。
其中,银的杀菌性能最强,铈和铕是稀土元素中最为活泼的金属,将二者共同作为合金添加剂可以提高合金的抗菌性能,这是因为,银、铕和铈表现出协同抗菌作用,可以通过电场吸附作用与细胞膜接触,破坏细菌的鞘和壁结构,从而可以大大提高该非晶态合金对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的杀菌效果,杀菌率达到99.99wt%,而且只需要较低的浓度就可以达到较好的抗菌效果。而且,该合金还具有优良的光稳定性。
相对于现有技术,本实用新型具有如下优点:一是具有广谱抗菌性,可抗包括大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌等细菌;二是安全性高,毒性小,对皮肤黏膜无刺激性、不致畸、不致癌;三是耐热性好;四是持续性强,具有缓释性能;五是抗药性小,其独特的杀菌机理使得细菌不易产生抗药性;六是挥发小,利于环保。

为详细说明本实用新型的技术内容、构造特征、所实现目的及效果,以下结合实施方式并配合附图详予说明。
本实用新型提供的具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备,利用具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成可穿戴设备,以提高用户的使用体验,满足用户更高层次需求。该具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备可以为运动手表、运动手环、心率测试带、或健康监测环等。
其中,前述具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金,其成分具体为:Ag 2wt%~8wt%;Eu1wt%~3wt%;Ce 1wt%~3wt%;Mg 20wt%~40wt%;Cu 40wt%~60wt%;Zn 3wt%~10wt%;Al 1wt%~5wt%;这几种金属形成的非晶态合金可以起到抑菌和杀菌的作用,抑菌即在细菌的增殖期,金属吸附在细胞壁上,与细胞膜蛋白结合,破坏膜中的酶,防止细胞生长所需能量代谢的电子传递,抑制细菌个体生长;杀菌是指当细菌处于非增殖期时,金属对细胞膜酶的破坏,导致细菌维持个体生存所需的能量代谢不能正常进行而死亡。

其中,功能件100包括CPU、测试部件、及通信传输结构。该CPU、测试部件、通信传输结构、及其他必要的部件以本领域技术人员所习知的方式连接组装至一起,在本实施例中,得以实现运动手表必要的计时、测速、测心率、数据传输等功能。在不同于本实施例的其他实施例中,亦可以设置有心率监测模块、血压监测模块等,以实现其相应的功能。
非晶态合金外壳200由前述具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成,该非晶态合金外壳200的采用,使得与用户皮肤相紧贴的一侧为具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金材料,以达到抗菌等目的。
在如图2所示的非晶态合金外壳200第一实施例的层220结构示意图,该非晶态合金外壳200包括壳体210,和喷涂、溅射、或电镀至壳体210外侧形成的致密的非晶态合金层220;根据该方式,使得非晶态合金外壳200仅需要较少的非晶态合金,即能够达到较佳的使用体验,从而有效降低生产成本。
更进一步的,非晶态合金层220形成于非晶态合金外壳200朝向用户的侧面;非晶态合金层220仅设置于非晶态合金外壳200朝向用户的侧面,一方面不会影响对本实用新型具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备的外观不会产生任何影响,另一方面进一步的减少非晶态合金的用量。
在不同于图2所示的非晶态合金外壳200第二实施例,结合图3所示,该非晶态合金外壳200由非晶态合金通过成型或机加工工艺制成。由于非晶态合金外壳200通体由有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成,因而具有上佳的抗菌效果。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的一种具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备,由于设置有非晶态合金外壳200,并通过该非晶态合金外壳200包覆功能件100,使得功能件100不与用户接触,而由非晶态合金外壳200与用户直接接触,基于该非晶态合金具有的具有抗菌功能,以提供用户更加的使用体验;非晶态合金外壳200可以选择的通体由具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成,以达到上佳的使用体验,亦可以仅于壳体210的表面,特别是朝向用户的一侧内表面采用喷涂、溅射、或电镀等工艺形成一非晶态合金层220,以在能够保障防菌性能的前提下,降低生产成本。
以上所揭露的仅为本实用新型的优选实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本实用新型之权利范围,因此依本实用新型申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属本实用新型所涵盖的范围。

1.一种具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备包括功能件和设置于所述功能件外侧并包覆所述功能件的非晶态合金外壳;所述功能件用于实现具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备的使用功能,包覆所述功能件的所述非晶态合金外壳用于隔阻所述功能件与用户直接接触。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述由具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备为运动手表、运动手环、心率测试带、或健康监测环。
3.如权利要求2所述的具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述功能件包括CPU、测试部件、及通信传输结构。
4.如权利要求1所述的具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述非晶态合金外壳由非晶态合金通过成型或机加工工艺制成。
5.如权利要求1所述的具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述非晶态合金外壳包括壳体,和喷涂、溅射、或电镀至所述壳体外侧形成的致密的非晶态合金层。
6.如权利要求5所述的具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述非晶态合金层形成于所述非晶态合金外壳朝向用户的侧面。
7.如权利要求5所述的具有抗菌功能的非晶态合金制成的可穿戴设备,其特征在于:所述壳体为金属材质或塑料材质。
