工程塑料是二十世纪50年代以后，随着电子电器、汽车、航天、通讯及国防工业等高技术产业的发展，在以泛用塑料为基础之上，崛起的新类型的高分子材料，工程塑料不仅可以代替金属作为结构性的材料，随着高科技产业的发展，工程塑料的应用越来越广泛，比如现在使用较广的塑料管道，它在出喷淋真空定型箱后一般是直接进入喷淋冷却水箱进行冷却，经冷却降温后的管道即成型，若管道存在椭圆的情况下，也没有办法调圆了，存在产品合格率不高的问题。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种塑料管道校圆装置，它安装在喷淋冷却水箱之前，可对进入喷淋冷却水箱的塑料管道进行上下左右调节，使其达到工艺的要求，保证平直和圆度，解决了上述的问题。
本实用新型的技术方案是：本实用新型一种塑料管道校圆装置的结构如附图1所示，它包含有手柄、调节螺杆、托辊、托辊架、销轴A、销轴B、销轴C、调节架、固定环和固定螺栓，托辊安装在托辊架上，托辊架上装有销轴B、销轴C，通过销轴B与调节架连接，销轴A安装在调节架上，调节架安装在固定环上，固定环通过固定螺栓装在喷淋冷却水箱上，固定环上的四个螺栓孔为长圆孔形状。销轴A的中间孔为螺纹孔，规格与调节螺杆的规格一样，调节螺杆穿过该孔与销轴C连接，本装置为上下对称布置。托辊的材料为塑料，其它材料为不锈钢。

本实用新型一种塑料管道校圆装置的结构如附图1所示，它包含有手柄1、调节螺杆2、托辊3、托辊架4、销轴A5、销轴B6、销轴C10、调节架11、固定环7和固定螺栓8，托辊3安装在托辊架4上，托辊架4上装有销轴B6、销轴C10，通过销轴B6与调节架11连接，销轴A5安装在调节架11上，调节架11安装在固定环7上，固定环7通过固定螺栓8装在喷淋冷却水箱9上，固定环7上的四个螺栓孔为长圆孔形状，固定环7可旋转调节。销轴A5的中间孔为螺纹孔，规格与调节螺杆2的规格一样，调节螺杆2穿过该孔与销轴C10连接，本装置为上下左右对称布置。托辊3的材料为塑料，其它材料为不锈钢。
本实用新型实施方式及步骤如下：
1.外购零部件及材料：按说明书附图的尺寸规格采购材料：螺母、垫圈、手柄1、托辊3、不锈钢板、不锈钢棒。
2.下料：按说明书附图的结构尺寸对调节螺杆2、托辊3、托辊架4、销轴A5、销轴B6、销轴C10、调节架11、固定环7和固定螺栓8进行下料打磨。
3.机加工：按说明书附图的结构尺寸对调节螺杆2、托辊3、销轴A5、销轴B6、销轴C10、调节架11、托辊架4、固定环7和固定螺栓8进行机械加工。
4.组装：按说明书附图，先焊接托辊架4，再焊接调节架11与固定环（7），装上销轴A5、销轴B6、销轴C10，调节螺杆2和手柄1，最后将塑料管道校直装置组装到喷淋冷却水箱9上，一种塑料管道校直装置就制作完毕。
5.经现场使用检验，效果较好，解决了以前管道存在弯曲的问题。

1.一种塑料管道校圆装置，它包括喷淋冷却水箱（9），其特征在于：它还含有手柄（1）、调节螺杆(2)、托辊（3）、托辊架（4）、销轴A（5）、销轴B（6）、销轴C（10）、调节架（11）、固定环（7）和固定螺栓（8），托辊（3）安装在托辊架（4）上，托辊架（4）上装有销轴B（6）、销轴C（10），通过销轴B（6）与调节架（11）连接，销轴A（5）安装在调节架（11）上，调节架（11）安装在固定环（7）上，固定环（7）通过固定螺栓（8）装在喷淋冷却水箱（9）上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料管道校圆装置，其特征在于：调节螺杆(2)穿过销轴A（5）与销轴C（10）连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种塑料管道校圆装置，其特征在于：销轴A（5）的中间孔为螺纹孔，规格与调节螺杆（2）一致。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑料管道校圆装置，其特征在于：固定环（7）上的四个螺栓孔为长圆孔形状。
