技术领域
本实用新型涉及土工材料领域，尤其涉及一种土工格栅连接扣件。
背景技术
目前，土工格栅都是由PP、HDPE材料采用一次成型或组合焊接成网状格栅结构。通过使用土工格栅可以增加地基承载力，延长地基使用寿命，并且具有足够的抗剪强度，提高地基的稳定性。
土工格栅的尺寸是在生产时所确定的，工厂生产出来的土工格栅的尺寸大小会与施工现场所需要的尺寸存在偏差。因此现场施工时，需要进行连接。通常采用特殊强化粘接的熔焊技术焊接其交接点，但是焊接需要专用设备，不能实现现场焊接；而且存在焊点不牢、易脱焊等问题。也有采用绳绑扎技术，但是此技术具有连接力不足、长期性能较低、绑扎效果不好、操作不方便等缺陷。土工格栅的连接成为其应用的推广的关键。
中国专利公开号CN205329668U于2016年6月22日授权了“一种新型方便组合式土工格栅”。该实用新型由多根肋条构成格栅的网格结构，其两端安装连接件，一端为凹槽结构，另一端为凸台结构，相邻两个连接件相互结合，凸台卡装在凹槽内。中国专利公开号CN205276241U于2016年6月1日授权了“一种新型的土工格栅连接扣件”。该连接扣件包括两种连接扣件，分别为端部扣件与中端扣件两种。端部扣件包括小四棱扣件帽和小型扣件环，中端扣件包括大四棱扣件帽和中型扣件环，其中小四棱扣件帽与大四棱扣件帽包括四个棱体、扣件基体与四个三角体帽头三部分组成。
在以上专利中，虽然都有起到连接土工格栅的作用，但是扣件组成部分复杂，使用时还需要区分卡座，卡块，操作繁琐，给施工造成不必要的麻烦。
发明内容
本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供一种土工格栅连接扣件，使用方便，连接牢固。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的，提供一种土工格栅连接扣件，包括U型基体，所述U型基体开口侧的其中一端的前侧面开设有伸入孔，上表面开设有与所述伸入孔连通的卡接孔；U型基体开口侧的另一端通过注塑连接有向外侧倾斜的卡块，所述卡块端部设置有向U型基体外侧面延伸的卡台，所述卡块可插入伸入孔内，卡台可卡在所述卡接孔内。连接格栅时，两个本方案所述的连接扣件相对使用，按压两连接扣件上的卡块使其分别插入至另一扣件的伸入孔内，至卡台卡于卡接孔，由于卡块倾斜设置，在不按动卡块的情况下，两连接扣件连接牢固，不会松开。
作为优化，所述卡块与U型基体外侧面的夹角为5°~10°，充分利用卡块自身回弹进行卡接，同时在安装时不至于将卡块掰断。
作为优化，所述卡台的截面为三角形，使卡台牢固地卡于卡接孔内。
本实用新型的有益效果为：两连接扣件成对使用，无需区分正反，通用性强，且通过卡台卡于卡接孔内，连接后的土工格栅结构稳定可靠，能有效保证格栅受力的传递，更好的满足其要求，同时使用简便快捷。

具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点，下面通过具体实施方式，对本方案进行阐述。
如图1所示一种土工格栅连接扣件，包括U型基体3，U型基体3开口侧的其中一端的前侧面开设有伸入孔2，上表面开设有与伸入孔2连通的卡接孔5。U型基体3开口侧的另一端通过注塑连接有向外侧倾斜的卡块1，由于与U型基体通过注塑连接，卡块1具有一定弹性，卡块1与U型基体3外侧面的夹角为5°~10°，本实施例中为8°。
卡块1端部设置有向U型基体外侧面延伸的卡台4，卡块1可插入伸入孔内，卡台4可卡在卡接孔5内，为使卡接的可靠性更强，本实施例中卡台4的截面为三角形。
本申请的连接扣件成对使用，不需要进行区分，通用性强。两个土工格栅条重叠后，直接用一个连接扣件卡住格栅条，两连接扣件的卡块分别伸至另一扣件的伸入孔内，由于卡块倾斜设置，在深入时按压卡块即可，当卡台至卡接孔时，在自身弹力作用下卡入卡接孔内，形成倒扣，格栅条正好卡在两连接扣件围成的空间内，连接牢固可靠。拆下时，用手将卡台按出卡接孔，将两连接扣件抽开即可。

1.一种土工格栅连接扣件，其特征在于：包括U型基体（3），所述U型基体（3）开口侧的其中一端的前侧面开设有伸入孔（2），上表面开设有与所述伸入孔（2）连通的卡接孔（5）；U型基体（3）开口侧的另一端通过注塑连接有向外侧倾斜的卡块（1），所述卡块（1）端部设置有向U型基体外侧面延伸的卡台（4），所述卡块（1）可插入伸入孔内，卡台（4）可卡在所述卡接孔（5）内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的土工格栅连接扣件，其特征在于：所述卡块（1）与U型基体（3）外侧面的夹角为5°~10°。
