现在将对本公开的优选实施例详细地做出参考,其中本公开的示例在附图中示出。在可能的情况下,相同的附图标记将贯穿附图使用,以指代相同的或类似的部件。
如图1和图2中示例性示出的根据本公开的一个实施例的具有接合结构的复合产品可以包括:由复合材料形成的第一单元100;第一连接器200,其由金属形成并设置有插入第一单元100的一端中并与第一单元100一体地形成的一端和从第一单元100向外延伸的另一端;由复合材料形成的第二单元300;和第二连接器400,其由金属形成并设置有插入第二单元300的一端中并与第二单元300一体地形成的一端和从第二单元300向外延伸的另一端,并且在第一单元100和第二单元300的各端邻近地彼此相对的条件下,第一连接器200的另一端和第二连接器400的另一端可以通过焊接接合并固定。
更详细地,第一凸起110可以在第一单元100的一端处形成;第一连接器200可以包括:第一附接部分210,其具有与第一凸起110对应的形状并与第一凸起110面接触,以便与第一凸起110形成附接表面10,和第一连接部分220,其从第一附接部分210向外延伸;第二凸起310可以在第二单元300的一端处形成;并且第二连接器400可以包括:第二附接部分410,其具有与第二凸起310对应的形状并与第二凸起310面接触,以便与第二凸起310形成附接表面10,和第二连接部分420,其从第二附接部分410向外延伸,以便形成接触第一连接部分220的连接表面20。
第一单元100可以通过与另一单元的组装形成一部件。第一单元100可以由复合材料形成,并且复合材料可以包括树脂和浸渍有树脂的增强纤维。热塑性树脂或热固性树脂可以作为树脂使用。碳纤维、玻璃纤维或芳纶纤维可以作为增强纤维使用,并且优选地碳纤维可以用于形成具有优异机械性能的一部分。然而,本公开并不限于此。
第一凸起110可以在第一单元100的一端处形成。第一连接器200可以附接到第一凸起110,并且第一连接器200的第一附接部分210可以具有与第一单元100的第一凸起110的形状对应的形状,使得第一单元100和第一连接器200在彼此的面接触中形成附接表面10。
如果第一凸起110以直角从第一单元100的端部突出,以便具有阶梯形状,第一凸起110和第一附接单元210的至少两个垂直表面和一个平行面可以形成附接表面10,并且因此,可以维持第一单元100和第一连接器200之间的稳定连接状态。
如图3中示例性地所示,第一连接部分220可以为了与另一连接器的连接的目的从第一附接部分210向外延伸。由于第一连接器200可以由诸如钢或铝等金属形成,第一连接器200可以通过焊接连接到另一连接器的第一连接部分220的区域与另一连接器接合。
在这里,第一连接部分220的向外延伸可以是指在平行(horizonal)方向上、在垂直(vertical)方向上或在对角线方向上第一连接部分220从第一附接部分210延伸。
第一单元100和第一连接器200可以单独地提供,并且可以通过应用于附接表面10的连结剂附接并固定到彼此。此外,如图4中示例性地所示,当进行使用预浸料模压成型(PCM)的模压成型或使用树脂转印成型(RTM)的喷射成型时,第一连接器200可以与第一单元100一体地成型。
第二单元300可以通过与第一单元100的组装形成一部件。以与第一单元100相同的方式,第二单元300可以由包括树脂和浸渍有增强纤维的复合材料形成。热塑性树脂或热固性树脂可以作为树脂使用。碳纤维、玻璃纤维或芳纶纤维可以作为增强纤维使用并且优选地,碳纤维可以用于形成具有优异机械性能的一部分。然而,本公开并不限于此。
第二凸起310可以从第二单元300的一端突出,并且第二连接器400的第二附接部分410可以连接到第二凸起310。第二附接部分410可以具有与第二单元300的第二凸起310的形状对应的形状,使得第二单元300和第二连接器400可以在彼此的面接触中形成附接表面10。
第二连接器400的第二连接部分420可以由诸如钢或铝等金属形成,并且如图3中示例性地所示,为了与第一连接器200的连接从第二附接部分410向外延伸。第二连接部分420和第一连接部分220可以在彼此的接触中形成连接表面20并可以通过进行在连接表面20处的焊接进行接合。
在这里,点焊或CO2焊接可以根据第一连接器200和第二连接器400之间的连结结构进行。
对接接合结构可以通过在由金属形成的第一连接器200和第二连接器400之间的焊接形成,由此可以改进各部分之间的组装性能。此外,与常规方法不同,在各部分上提供单独孔是不必要的,不可能各部分之间的重叠区域的厚度增加并因此布局配置的自由度和A/S能力可以增加。
此外,常规的钢基组装线可以共同地使用,并且如果车架由非均质材料形成,车架可以焊接到常规钢部分。
在根据本公开的实施例的具有接合结构的复合产品中,如图2中示例性地所示,第一连接部分220和第二连接部分420可以在与第一凸起110和第二凸起310平行的方向上延伸,第一连接部分220的下表面和第二连接部分420的上表面可以形成彼此接触的连接表面20,并且在连接表面20处可以进行焊接。
在接触状态下由第一连接器200和第二连接器400形成的高度可以与第一单元100和第二单元300的厚度相同,并且因此第一单元100、第一连接器200、第二连接器400和第二单元300可以形成一个平面。
第一连接部分220和第二连接部分420的向外延伸方向可以与第一凸起110和第二凸起310平行,并且在连接表面20处可以进行点焊,从而连结第一单元100和第二单元300。在这里,由第一连接器200和第二连接器400形成的高度可以与第一单元100和第二单元300的厚度相同,并且因此第一单元100、第一连接器200、第二连接器400和第二单元300可以形成一个平面,从而阻止重叠区域的厚度的增加。
与使用铆钉或螺栓/螺母的常规连接不同,其中机械连接部分是存在的,本公开形成一种具有一个平面的部分,并因此增加在设计中的自由度。
此外,第一凸起110可以放置在第一附接部分210上,使得第一附接部分210可以支撑第一凸起110,第一连接部分220可以放置在第二连接部分420上,使得第二连接部分420可以支撑第一连接部分220,并且第二附接部分410可以放置在第二凸起310上,使得第二凸起310可以支撑第二附接部分410。
如果第一单元100、第一连接器200、第二连接器400和第二单元300形成为具有与彼此接合的结构,以便支撑其配对的突出端部,则它们可以承受从外部施加的负荷,并且产品的耐久性可以得到改进。
第一连接部分220和第二连接部分420可以连接,以便在其之间形成间隙。如图2中示例性地所示,如果第一连接部分220和第二连接部分420不完全地直接连接但经连接以便在其之间形成间隙30,则能够阻止由金属形成的第一连接器200和第二连接器400由于热膨胀并因此当在连接表面20处进行焊接时在结构上有缺陷。
此外,通过调节第一连接部分220和第二连接部分420之间的重叠区域,可以调节在第一单元100和第二单元300之间的连结距离。
在根据本公开的又一实施例的具有接合结构的复合产品中,如图5中示例性地所示,第一连接部分220和第二连接部分420可以在与第一凸起110和第二凸起310垂直的方向上延伸,第一连接部分220的前表面和第二连接部分420的前表面可以形成彼此接触的连接表面20,并且在连接表面20处可以进行焊接。
第一连接部分220和第二连接部分420的向外延伸方向可以垂直于第一凸起110和第二凸起310,并且在连接表面20处可以进行点焊,从而连结第一单元100和第二单元300。因此,第一单元100和第二单元300之间的连结距离可以最小化,并且可以为在根据产品的形状进行点焊中的困难度做出准备。
在根据本公开的另一实施例的具有接合结构的复合产品中,如图6中示例性地所示,第一附接部分210和第二附接部分410可以具有围绕第一凸起110和第二凸起310的上表面和下表面的附接表面10。
如果第一单元100和第二单元300具有大厚度并因此附接到第一单元100和第二单元300的各端的第一连接器200和第二连接器400具有大厚度,以便维持在第一单元100和第二单元300之间的稳定连接状态和第一连接器200和第二连接器400之间的稳定连接状态,则第一附接部分210和第二附接部分410可以形成具有围绕第一凸起110和第二凸起310的上表面和下表面的形状的附接表面10。
如果第一凸起110和第二凸起310以直角突出,则第一凸起110和第一附接单元210中的每个和第一附接部分210和第二附接部分410中的每个的至少三个垂直表面和两个平行面形成附接表面10。因此,可以维持其之间的稳定连接状态。
第一连接部分220和第二连接部分420可以在与第一凸起110和第二凸起310平行的方向上延伸,并且第一连接部分220的下表面和第二连接部分420的上表面可以形成彼此接触的连接表面20,并且在连接表面20处可以进行焊接。此外,在接触状态下由第一连接器200和第二连接器400形成的高度可以与第一单元100和第二单元300的厚度相同。
在第一连接部分220和第二连接部分420的连接表面20处可以进行点焊,从而连结第一单元100和第二单元300。在这里,由第一连接器200和第二连接器400形成的高度可以与第一单元100和第二单元300的厚度相同,以便阻止重叠区域的厚度的增加,并且通过调节第一连接部分220和第二连接部分420之间的重叠区域,可以调节第一单元100和第二单元300之间的连结距离。
另外,第一连接部分220和第二连接部分420可以具有与第一附接部分210和第二附接部分410的厚度相同的厚度,并在与第一凸起110和第二凸起310平行的方向上延伸,第一连接部分220的前表面和第二连接部分420的前表面可以形成彼此接触的连接表面20,并且在连接表面20处可以进行焊接。
通过调节第一连接部分220和第二连接部分420的延伸距离,可以调节第一单元100和第二单元300之间的连结距离,并且可以进行CO2焊接,以在为在根据产品的形状进行点焊中的困难度的准备中连结第一单元100和第二单元300。
如图8中示例性地所示,本公开的另一实施例可以提供一种接合结构,其中多个第一连接器200附接到第一单元100的两端,多个第二连接器400附接到第二单元300的两端,并且闭合截面可以通过第一连接器200和第二连接器400之间的接合由第一单元100、第一连接器200、第二单元300和第二连接器400形成。
第一连接器200和第二连接器400可以分别地附接到第一单元100和第二单元300的两端,并且在由第一连接器200和第二连接器400形成的连接表面20处可以进行焊接,从而能够连结第一单元100和第二单元300。
如从上述描述显而易见,具有接合结构的复合产品可以改进生产率并增加由复合材料形成的单元的组装中的连结强度。此外,实现对接接合结构,并因此可以增加与车架部件配对或附接到车架部件的组装性能和布局自由度。
此外,常规的钢基组装线可以共同地使用,并且如果车架由非均质材料形成,车架可以焊接到常规钢部件。
虽然本公开的实施例已经为了说明性目的公开,但是本领域的那些技术人员将理解到在不背离如随附权利要求中公开的本公开的范围和精神的情况下,各种修改、添加和替换都是可能的。

Claims (11)

1.一种具有接合结构的复合产品,所述复合产品包括:
由复合材料形成的第一单元;
第一连接器,其由金属形成并设置有插入到所述第一单元的一端中并与所述第一单元一体地形成的一端和从所述第一单元向外延伸的另一端;
由复合材料形成的第二单元;和
第二连接器,其由金属形成并设置有插入所述第二单元的一端中并与所述第二单元一体地形成的一端和从所述第二单元向外延伸的另一端,
其中在所述第一单元的端部和所述第二单元的端部邻近地彼此相对的状态下,所述第一连接器的另一端和所述第二连接器的另一端通过焊接接合并固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合产品,其中:
第一凸起在所述第一单元的一端处形成;
所述第一连接器包括:第一附接部分,其具有与所述第一凸起对应的形状并与所述第一凸起面接触,以便与所述第一凸起形成附接表面;和第一连接部分,其从所述第一附接部分向外延伸;
第二凸起在所述第二单元的一端处形成;并且
所述第二连接器包括:第二附接部分,其具有与所述第二凸起对应的形状并与所述第二凸起面接触,以便与所述第二凸起形成附接表面;和第二连接部分,其从所述第二附接部分向外延伸,以便形成接触所述第一连接部分的连接表面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的复合产品,其中:
所述第一连接部分和所述第二连接部分在与所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起平行的方向上延伸,并且所述第一连接部分的下表面和所述第二连接部分的上表面形成彼此接触的连接表面;并且
在所述连接表面处进行焊接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的复合产品,其中在接触状态下由所述第一连接器和所述第二连接器形成的高度与所述第一单元和所述第二单元的厚度相同,并且所述第一单元、所述第一连接器、所述第二连接器和所述第二单元形成一个平面。
5.根据权利要求3所述的复合产品,其中所述第一凸起放置在所述第一附接部分上,使得所述第一附接部分能够支撑所述第一凸起,所述第一连接部分放置在所述第二连接部分上,使得所述第二连接部分能够支撑所述第一连接部分,并且所述第二附接部分放置在所述第二凸起上,使得所述第二凸起能够支撑所述第二附接部分。
6.根据权利要求3所述的复合产品,其中所述第一连接部分和所述第二连接部分连接,以便在其之间形成间隙。
7.根据权利要求2所述的复合产品,其中:
所述第一连接部分和所述第二连接部分在与所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起垂直的方向上延伸,并且所述第一连接部分的前表面和所述第二连接部分的前表面形成彼此接触的连接表面;以及
在所述连接表面处进行焊接。
8.根据权利要求2所述的复合产品,其中插入槽在所述第一附接部分和所述第二附接部分上形成,使得所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起插入所述插入槽中,以便形成附接表面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的复合产品,其中:
所述第一连接部分和所述第二连接部分在与所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起平行的方向上延伸,并且所述第一连接部分的下表面和所述第二连接部分的上表面形成彼此接触的连接表面;以及
在所述连接表面处进行焊接。
10.根据权利要求8所述的复合产品,其中:
所述第一连接部分和所述第二连接部分具有与所述第一附接部分和所述第二附接部分的厚度相同的厚度并在与所述第一凸起和所述第二凸起平行的方向上延伸,并且所述第一连接部分的前表面和所述第二连接部分的前表面形成彼此接触的连接表面;并且
在所述连接表面处进行焊接。
11.根据权利要求1所述的复合产品,其中:
多个第一连接器附接到所述第一单元的两端;以及
多个第二连接器附接到所述第二单元的两端,使得所述第一单元、所述第一连接器、所述第二单元和所述第二连接器通过所述第一连接器和所述第二连接器之间的接合形成闭合截面。
