背景技术
糖蜜酒精发酵，不论是连续发酵还是间歇发酵，在正常情况下，罐内都存在正压和大量泡沫，因此，如果发酵出现(如染菌、泡沫多逃料、PH值偏高等)异常情况，是无法打开人孔往罐内添加杀菌剂、消泡剂和硫酸的，通常的处理方式是将罐内物料排掉一部分(如排到计量罐等)，降低罐内液位，方能打开人孔添加辅料，这样既麻烦又浪费物料和时间。
实用新型内容
针对上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种不要排料就可以顺利的进行加料的装置。
具体的技术方案为：
糖蜜酒精发酵罐辅料添加装置，包括第一阀门、储料罐、第二阀门和漏斗；所述的漏斗通过第二阀门安装在储料罐上方，储料罐的下端通过第一阀门安装在发酵罐上。
本实用新型提供的糖蜜酒精发酵罐辅料添加装置，通过控制两个阀门的开关可以顺利的加料，不需要排放部分物料就能顺利的加料。

如图1所示，糖蜜酒精发酵罐辅料添加装置，包括第一阀门1、储料罐3、第二阀门4和漏斗5；所述的漏斗5通过第二阀门4安装在储料罐3上方，储料罐3的下端通过第一阀门1安装在发酵罐2上。
关闭第一阀门1，打开第二阀门4，往漏斗5添加辅料至储料罐3，关闭第二阀门44，打开第一阀门1让添加的辅料流入发酵罐2，完成辅料添加的一个循环。

1.糖蜜酒精发酵罐辅料添加装置，其特征在于：包括第一阀门、储料罐、第二阀门和漏斗；所述的漏斗通过第二阀门安装在储料罐上方，储料罐的下端通过第一阀门安装在发酵罐上。
