背景技术
压缩机工作时产生的震动为空调及除湿机的主要震源之一。如不能有
效降低压缩机工作时震动，一方面会产生较大的噪音；另一方面，压缩机震动时会带动与之连接的铜管件震动，久而久之，可能会引起铜管件震裂。当前空调上的压缩机一般都是通过橡胶垫进行减震，但橡胶垫不易压缩变形，导致减震效果差，噪音大。
发明内容
为解决以上技术上的不足，本实用新型提供了一种减震效果好，减小噪音的空调压缩机减震装置。
本实用新型是通过以下措施实现的：
本实用新型的一种空调压缩机减震装置，包括穿在压缩机固定螺栓孔内的螺栓减震套管，所述螺栓减震套管包括橡胶管体，所述橡胶管体由上下三节圆柱形的管段一体连接而成，相邻两节管段之间外侧壁上设置有环形槽，橡胶管体内设置有上下贯通的管腔，每节管段内的管腔均向外侧凹陷形成环形的凹腔。
本实用新型还包括设置在压缩机底部的减震组件，所述减震组件包括由上向下依次排列的上橡胶垫、钢板和下橡胶垫。
本实用新型的有益效果是： 由于设计了凹腔和减震组件组合使用，解决了现有技术中减震垫受理不易形变而导致减震效果差的问题，使得减震垫受力更容易形变，减震效果好，噪音小。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细的描述：
如图1、2所示，本实用新型的一种空调压缩机1减震装置，包括穿在压缩机1固定螺栓孔内的螺栓减震套管2和设置在压缩机1底部的减震组件。螺栓减震套管2包括橡胶管体，橡胶管体由上下三节圆柱形的管段一体连接而成，相邻两节管段之间外侧壁上设置有环形槽，橡胶管体内设置有上下贯通的管腔6，每节管段内的管腔6均向外侧凹陷形成环形的凹腔7。减震组件包括由上向下依次排列的上橡胶垫3、钢板4和下橡胶垫5。
使用时，将螺栓减震套管2穿入空调压缩机1的螺栓孔中，然后将紧固螺栓穿过螺栓减震套管2的管腔6与空调底板相连接。由于设计了环形槽和凹腔7，更容易发生形变，从而提高了减震效果。在压缩机1底部增加减震组件，可以减小由螺栓传到底板引起的其它零件的共振，减小甚至避免振动传递对压缩机1的二级振动。

1.一种空调压缩机减震装置，其特征在于：包括穿在压缩机固定螺栓孔内的螺栓减震套管，所述螺栓减震套管包括橡胶管体，所述橡胶管体由上下三节圆柱形的管段一体连接而成，相邻两节管段之间外侧壁上设置有环形槽，橡胶管体内设置有上下贯通的管腔，每节管段内的管腔均向外侧凹陷形成环形的凹腔。
2.根据权利要求1所述空调压缩机减震装置，其特征在于：还包括设置在压缩机底部的减震组件，所述减震组件包括由上向下依次排列的上橡胶垫、钢板和下橡胶垫。
