技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种水解酸化池沉渣和浮渣的处理装置。
背景技术
现有处理乳制品废水和屠宰废水的工艺都是采用传统推流式大水解(水解时间较长)技术。在几乎“零”能耗的情况下，可降解30%～70%的有机物，此技术具有广阔的应用空间，但该方法在处理废水过程中，在降解有机物的同时会产生大量浮渣和沉渣，该方法还存下以下缺点：1、由于传统工艺结构为避免短流现象，采用上联通和下联通交替出现，这样对于下联通水解池，浮渣在池顶，在没有较完善的基础设施和排浮渣系统的情况下，沉渣和浮渣在水力作用下根本排不到系统外，减少了池容的有效利用率，进而影响对有机物的去除能力；2、采用大水解时，在水解酸化池前段积累的浮渣和沉渣最多；3、当水质突然改变时，可能影响水解效果，导致以前积累的浮渣下落，如果进入下一级污水处理系统如厌氧池，会对厌氧处理过程造成很大甚至不可逆转的影响；4、由于浮渣长时间积累，可能导致过水洞堵塞，水流不畅，运行和维护不方便；产气后浮渣可能从观察检修口溢出，污染环境。
发明内容
本实用新型就是针对上述问题，提供一种运行、维护方便，使用安全的水解酸化池沉渣和浮渣的处理装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型包括水解池的进水管、出水管、排泥管、曝气总管、曝气支管，其结构要点在于水解池内设置有将水解池分隔成多个水解单元的折流墙，第一水解单元顶部设置刮渣行车、浮渣斗，在最后水解单元内的设置挡渣墙，进水管包括2个或2个以上进水口，其中一个进水口设置在第一水解单元中，其余进水口分别设置在其他不同水解单元中。
在第一水解单元底部设置有集泥斗，排泥管一端设置在集泥斗的锥底部。
曝气支管呈星形布设在每个水解单元底部。
折流墙与水解池顶部之间设置有水流通道，出水管高度折流墙高度相应，顶部高于折流墙的挡渣墙设置在出水管前方。
实用新型的有益效果
本实用新型采用多个进水口，可根据污水浓度的不同选择从哪个水解单元进入水解池，如处理冷饮污水时，生产状态下，所含污染物浓度高，可将污水从第一水解单元的进水口排入水解池，经多个水解单元处理后，大量有害成份的得以充分水解；停产后的污水可选择从第二或第三等其他水解单元进入水解池，由于液奶污水浓度较低，不必流经全部水解单元，短时间水解就能满足进入下一个污水处理设备的需要，运行方便，机动灵活。即使由于水质变化发生油渣破碎现象，系统也会在短时间内恢复正常，使用安全。每个水解单元底部都设置有呈星形分布的曝气支管，提高了水解速度。水解过程中，沉渣大部分沉到水解单元内，沉积在集泥斗底部，通过排泥管排入到出水解池外，浮渣被挡渣墙挡在水解池里，启动刮渣行车，将浮渣收集到浮渣斗中，保证水流畅通，使用安全，同时减少了维修次数，降低运行和维修成本。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括水解池2的进水管5、出水管14、排泥管4、曝气总管8、曝气支管10、折流墙6、刮渣行车1、浮渣斗15和挡渣墙12，折流墙6将水解池2分隔成多个水解单元11，进水管5包括2个或2个以上进水口9，其中一个进水口9设置在第一水解单元11中，其余进水口9分别设置在其他不同水解单元11中。在第一水解单元11底部设置有集泥斗3，排泥管4一端设置在集泥斗3的锥底部，另一端设置在水解池2外，用于排出沉渣。刮渣行车1和浮渣斗15设置在第一水解单元11顶部。曝气支管10呈星形布设在每个水解单元11底部。折流墙6与水解池2顶部之间设置有水流通道7，设置在最后水解单元中11出水管14，其高度与折流墙6高度相应，挡渣墙12设置在最后一个水解单元11中的出水管14前方，挡渣墙12顶部高于折流墙6，可以阻挡浮在水面上的浮渣，避免浮渣流入出水管14。在出水管14、排泥管4、曝气总管8和每个进水口9附近的进水管5上都设置有阀门13。

1.一种水解酸化池沉渣和浮渣的处理装置，包括水解池的进水管、出水管、排泥管、曝气总管、曝气支管，其特征在于水解池内设置有将水解池分隔成多个水解单元的折流墙，第一水解单元顶部设置刮渣行车、浮渣斗，在最后水解单元内的设置挡渣墙，进水管包括2个或2个以上进水口，其中一个进水口设置在第一水解单元中，其余进水口分别设置在其他不同水解单元中。
2.如权利要求1所述的水解酸化池沉渣和浮渣的处理装置，其特征在于在第一水解单元底部设置有集泥斗，排泥管一端设置在集泥斗的锥底部。
3.如权利要求1所述的水解酸化池沉渣和浮渣的处理装置，其特征在于曝气支管呈星形布设在每个水解单元底部。
4.如权利要求1所述的水解酸化池沉渣和浮渣的处理装置，其特征在于折流墙与水解池顶部之间设置有水流通道，出水管高度折流墙高度相应，顶部高于折流墙的挡渣墙设置在出水管前方。
