背景技术
法兰是上升管换热器不可缺少的部件，可将上升管换热器内部结构安装固定，达到良好的换热效果，但由于上升管的工作环境恶劣，在运行中，上升管因高温、热应力、外力冲击和腐蚀等原因，可能会造成内部换热介质(水)的泄露，不仅会浪费大量热能，造成环境污染，而且会影响焦炉的正常生产，严重的甚至会曹成安全事故。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于上升管道换热器的防漏法兰。能够减少对上升管换热器的腐蚀，同时该法兰结构简单，更换方便，能够有效的监视每个上升管的运行情况，便于及时排除泄漏的换热介质。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来解决的：
这种用于上升管道换热器的防漏法兰，包括圆形的法兰主体，法兰主体的中部设置有安装槽，安装槽的内圈设置有内焊接坡口，安装槽的外圈设置有外焊接坡口；法兰主体上还设置有用于收集换热介质的落水孔；法兰主体上还设置有用于固定外侧保温板的安装环肩。

本实用新型的有益效果是：法兰主体上的落水孔用于聚集换热介质(水)，然后将其排除，减少了其对换热盘管和设备的侵蚀，防止了侵蚀事故的发生；能够通过安装槽处监控换热盘管的上升情况，便于及时排除泄露的换热介质。
更进一步的，导水孔连通落水孔，导水孔能够将上升管换热器中换热盘管因事故泄露的换热介质导出之落水孔中。
更进一步的，法兰主体上的内焊接坡口和外焊接坡口，以及两者之间的安装槽口，用于安装和固定上升管换热器的合金导热体。同时该防漏法兰，更换方便，不影响焦炉的正常运行，单个换热器有故障时，随时更换，不影响余热利用系统的正常运行和焦炉的正常生产过程。

本实用新型提供了一种用于上升管道换热器的防漏法兰，如图1所示，包括法兰主体，法兰主体上设置有用于安装合金导热体的安装槽5，安装槽5的内圈设置有内焊接坡口6，内焊接坡口6用于与合金导热体的内壁焊接，安装槽5的外圈设置有外焊接坡口4，外焊接坡口4与合金导热体的外壁焊接；外焊接坡口4的外侧还设置与落水孔3，落水孔3用于聚集换热介质，换热介质为水，法兰主体上还开有于落水孔3连通的导水孔1；法兰主体上还设置有安装环肩2，安装环肩2用于安装上升管换热器中外侧保温板。
本实用新型中导水孔1将上升管换热器中的换热盘管因事故泄露的换热介质导出；落水孔3强导水孔1中导出的换热介质聚集，然后由导水管排出；从而减少了换热介质对换热盘管和设备的腐蚀，防止了事故的发生。该法兰结构简单，更换方便，在焦炉正常运行的情况下，能够及时的排出上升管换热器中泄露的换热介质。

1.一种用于上升管道换热器的防漏法兰，其特征在于，包括圆形的法兰主体，法兰主体的中部设置有安装槽(5)，安装槽(5)的内圈设置有内焊接坡口(6)，安装槽(5)的外圈设置有外焊接坡口(4)；法兰主体上还设置有用于收集换热介质的落水孔(3)；法兰主体上还设置有用于固定外侧保温板的安装环肩(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于上升管道换热器的防漏法兰，其特征在于，所述法兰主体的中部还开有与落水孔(3)连通的导水孔(1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于上升管道换热器的防漏法兰，其特征在于，所述内焊接坡口(6)与合金导热体的内壁焊接。
