背景技术
汽车变速箱通过齿轮传动，以合适的转速和扭矩传递动力，以适应汽车在不同路况下对牵引和行驶速度的要求。为了可靠的停车，并防止在没有使用手动制动的情况下，一些汽车变速箱内集成了驻车制动部件，驻车制动部件包括扇形板，现有技术的扇形板，需要多个零件进行组装，工作不可靠，长时间工作后容易出现失效现象。
发明内容
鉴于目前公知技术存在的问题，本实用新型的目的旨在于提供一种结构简单、设计合理，可长期保持高质量工作，保证使用安全的扇形板。
本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的：
扇形板，其特征在于：采用整体锻压成型结构，扇形板由基座部和扇形导轨部组成，基座部的右端设有前后方向的制动杆孔，基座部的左端端面设有螺纹孔，扇形导轨部设在基座部的左下方，扇形导轨部与基座部之间通过L形肋板相接，扇形导轨部的顶面设有半圆弧面直至基座部的左端端面，扇形导轨部的左侧设有扇形弯曲以形成扇形导轨面。
扇形导轨面的中间段较窄、上下段分别设有工字型凸出。
采用上述技术方案后，本实用新型将现有的扇形板组装件进行了整体锻件设计，扇形板由基座部和扇形导轨部组成，制动杆孔用于制动杆的活动穿过，螺纹孔用于弹簧调节螺钉的安装，基座部与扇形导轨部的连接强度高，设计合理结构简单，可长期保持高质量工作，保证使用安全。还有，扇形导轨面的上下段工字型凸出设计还可用于扇形板活动的上下限位。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示，本实用新型的扇形板，采用整体锻压成型结构，扇形板由基座部1和扇形导轨部2组成，基座部1的右端设有前后方向的制动杆孔11，基座部1的左端端面设有螺纹孔12，扇形导轨部2设在基座部1的左下方，扇形导轨部2与基座部1之间通过L形肋板3相接，扇形导轨部2的顶面设有半圆弧面23直至基座部1的左端端面，扇形导轨部2的左侧设有扇形弯曲以形成扇形导轨面22；扇形导轨面22的中间段较窄、上段设有工字型凸出24、下段设有工字型凸出21。

1.扇形板，其特征在于：采用整体锻压成型结构，扇形板由基座部和扇形导轨部组成，基座部的右端设有前后方向的制动杆孔，基座部的左端端面设有螺纹孔，扇形导轨部设在基座部的左下方，扇形导轨部与基座部之间通过L形肋板相接，扇形导轨部的顶面设有半圆弧面直至基座部的左端端面，扇形导轨部的左侧设有扇形弯曲以形成扇形导轨面。
