本实用新型提供了一种扬声器箱,其包括壳体和收容于所述壳体内的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,所述振膜与所述壳体间隔设置形成前声腔,所述扬声器箱还包括将所述前声腔与外界连通的导声通道,所述扬声器箱还包括设置于所述导声通道内的吸声装置,所述吸声装置包括收容壳、填充于所述收容壳内的吸声粉料和封合所述收容壳的隔离网,所述隔离网将所述吸声粉料封合于所述收容壳内。本实用新型提供的扬声器箱的声学性能好。
Description
【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及电声换能领域,尤其涉及一种扬声器箱。
【背景技术】
现有技术中,扬声器箱的导声通道内通常会贴设吸音棉来改善声学性能,然而在实际应用的时候吸音棉的尺寸精度很难满足设计要求,从而导致扬声器箱不能达到设计的声学指标,声学效果受影响。
因此,有必要提供一种新的扬声器箱解决上述技术问题。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种声学性能好的扬声器箱。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:
一种扬声器箱,其包括壳体和收容于所述壳体内的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,所述振膜与所述壳体间隔设置形成前声腔,所述扬声器箱还包括将所述前声腔与外界连通的导声通道,所述扬声器箱还包括设置于所述导声通道内的吸声装置,所述吸声装置包括收容壳、填充于所述收容壳内的吸声粉料和封合所述收容壳的隔离网,所述隔离网将所述吸声粉料封合于所述收容壳内。
优选的,所述隔离网为无纺布、防尘网布、尼龙编织网和金属网其中的一种。
优选的,所述收容壳是由聚碳酸酯塑料或ABS塑料注塑成型。
优选的,所述隔离网采用热压方式接合于所述收容壳。
优选的,所述壳体包括对应所述导声通道区域的壳体壁,所述壳体壁设有凹槽,所述收容壳设置于所述凹槽内。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型提供的扬声器箱在导声通道内设置吸声装置,所述吸声装置包括收容壳、填充于所述收容壳内的吸声粉料和封合所述收容壳的隔离网,所述隔离网将所述吸声粉料封合于所述收容壳内。吸声装置的尺寸精度可以得到保证,解决了现有技术吸音棉尺寸精度很难满足设计要求的不足,扬声器箱可以达到设计的声学指标,声学性能好。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1至图3所示,为本实用新型提供的扬声器箱100,其包括壳体,所述壳体包括上盖1和与所述上盖1盖接的下盖2,扬声器单体3收容于所述壳体内。
所述扬声器单体3包括用于振动发声的振膜31,所述振膜31与所述上盖1间隔设置形成前声腔41,所述扬声器箱100还包括将所述前声腔41与外界连通的导声通道42,本实施例中,所述导声通道42形成于所述上盖1上。
所述扬声器箱100还包括设置于所述导声通道42内的吸声装置5,所述吸声装置5包括收容壳51、填充于所述收容壳51内的吸声粉料52和封合所述收容壳51的隔离网53,所述隔离网53将所述吸声粉料52封合于所述收容壳51内。
所述隔离网53可以选择无纺布、防尘网布、尼龙编织网和金属网其中的一种。
所述收容壳51优选由聚碳酸酯塑料(PC塑料)或ABS(Acrylonitrile ButadieneStyrene copolymers)塑料注塑成型,聚碳酸酯塑料和ABS塑料强度高、尺寸精度高、尺寸稳定性好。
所述隔离网53采用热压方式接合于所述收容壳51。
所述上盖1包括对应所述导声通道42区域的壳体壁11,所述壳体壁11设有凹槽12,所述收容壳51设置于所述凹槽12内。
本实用新型提供的扬声器箱在导声通道内设置吸声装置,所述吸声装置包括收容壳、填充于所述收容壳内的吸声粉料和封合所述收容壳的隔离网,所述隔离网将所述吸声粉料封合于所述收容壳内。吸声装置的尺寸精度可以得到保证,解决了现有技术吸音棉尺寸精度很难满足设计要求的不足,扬声器箱可以达到设计的声学指标,声学性能好。
以上所述的仅是本实用新型的实施方式,在此应当指出,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型创造构思的前提下,还可以做出改进,但这些均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

1.一种扬声器箱,其包括壳体和收容于所述壳体内的扬声器单体,所述扬声器单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,所述振膜与所述壳体间隔设置形成前声腔,所述扬声器箱还包括将所述前声腔与外界连通的导声通道,其特征在于,所述扬声器箱还包括设置于所述导声通道内的吸声装置,所述吸声装置包括收容壳、填充于所述收容壳内的吸声粉料和封合所述收容壳的隔离网,所述隔离网将所述吸声粉料封合于所述收容壳内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述隔离网为无纺布、防尘网布、尼龙编织网和金属网其中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述收容壳是由聚碳酸酯塑料或ABS塑料注塑成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述隔离网采用热压方式接合于所述收容壳。
5.根据权利要求1所述的扬声器箱,其特征在于,所述壳体包括对应所述导声通道区域的壳体壁,所述壳体壁设有凹槽,所述收容壳设置于所述凹槽内。
