Abstract

本实用新型公开一种设有控制电路的无刷热风枪,包括:设有无刷电机的风扇模块及加热模块;控制风扇模块转动及加热模块加热的主控制单元;还包括向无刷热风枪供电的档位开关单元,档位开关单元与外部电源间设有增强无刷热风枪电磁兼容性的EMC处理电路。提供一种具有EMC处理能力的电路,使得该热风枪的电磁兼容性更好、安全性更高。在电源电压发生变化时,热风枪本身不会因此受太大影响。

【技术领域】
本实用新型涉及热风枪,尤其涉及设有控制电路的无刷热风枪。
【背景技术】
热风枪主要是利用发热电阻丝的枪芯吹出的热风来对元件进行焊接与摘取元件的工具。根据热风枪的工作原理,热风枪控制电路的主体部分应包括温度信号放大电路、比较电路、可控硅控制电路、传感器、风控电路等。另外,为了提高电路的整体性能,还应设置一些辅助电路,如温度显示电路、关机延时电路和过零检测电路。设置温度显示电路是为了便于调温。温度显示电路显示的温度为电路的实际温度,工人在操作过程中可以依照显示屏上显示的温度来手动调节。
现有的热风枪的电磁兼容性EMC(Electro Magnetic Compatibility)较低,根本无法通过安全标准测试。
【实用新型内容】
为解决前述问题,本实用新型提供一种安全性好的设有控制电路的无刷热风枪。
为达到前述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种设有控制电路的无刷热风枪,包括:设有无刷电机的风扇模块及加热模块;控制风扇模块转动及加热模块加热的主控制单元,其特征在于,还包括向无刷热风枪供电的档位开关单元,档位开关单元与外部电源间设有增强无刷热风枪电磁兼容性的EMC处理电路。
本实用新型的第一优选方案在于:EMC处理电路包括与外部电源连接的放电电路,与放电电路连接的防雷击电路,与防雷击电路连接的前级电容,与前级电容连接的共模电感,一端与共模电感连接且另一端与档位开关单元连接的后级电容。
本实用新型的第二优选方案在于:还包括与主控单元及档位开关单元连接, 用于输入用户控制信息的按键模块。
本实用新型的第三优选方案在于:还包括与主控单元及档位开关单元连接,用于采集无刷热风枪工作状态的检测模块。
本实用新型的第四优选方案在于:检测模块包括设于发热筒出风口处的至少一个热电偶温度传感器。
本实用新型的第五优选方案在于:还包括与主控制单元及档位开关单元连接的记忆存储模块,用于存储工作状态。
本实用新型的第六优选方案在于:还包括与主控制单元及档位开关单元连接的显示模块,用于显示工作状态。
本实用新型的第七优选方案在于:所述主控制单元与加热模块通过驱动电路连接。
本实用新型可达到如下技术效果:提供一种具有EMC处理能力的电路,使得该热风枪的电磁兼容性更好、安全性更高。在电源电压发生变化时,热风枪本身不会因此受太大影响。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合本实用新型实施例的附图对本实用新型实施例的技术方案进行解释和说明,但下述实施例仅为本实用新型的优选实施例,并非全部。基于实施方式中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得其他实施例,都属于本实用新型的保护范围。
实施例1。
参看图1,一种设有控制电路的无刷热风枪,包括:设有无刷电机的风扇模块及加热模块;控制风扇模块转动及加热模块加热的主控制单元;还包括向无刷热风枪供电的档位开关单元,档位开关单元与外部电源间设有增强无刷热风枪电磁兼容性的EMC处理电路。还包括与主控单元及档位开关单元连接,用于输入用户控制信息的按键模块。还包括与主控单元及档位开关单元连接,用于采集无刷热风枪工作状态的检测模块。检测模块包括设于发热筒出风口处的至少一个热电偶温度传感器。还包括与主控制单元及档位开关单元连接的记忆存储模块,用于存储工作状态。还包括与主控制单元及档位开关单元连接的显示模块,用于显示工作状态。
参看图2,EMC处理电路包括与外部电源连接的放电电路,与放电电路连接的防雷击电路,与防雷击电路连接的前级电容,与前级电容连接的共模电感,一端与共模电感连接且另一端与档位开关单元连接的后级电容。
基于图2的EMC处理电路,其中放电电路直接与提供外部电源的插头连接,当外部电源电压过大时,放电电路起到放电作用,避免大电压损坏热风枪的控制系统。其中的防雷击电路适用于过大电流的情况下对于电路的保护。
在工作过程中,EMC处理电路用于外部电源输入保护,外部电源经档位开关单元分流,分别给热风枪内各电路供电。主控制单元包括MCU及其外部电路,根据档位开关单元及记忆存储模块中存储的功率信息,以控制风扇模块及加热模块工作。检测模块检测加热模块的工作状态,工作状态包括加热状态、冷却状态、恒温状态、过冲状态等,根据不同的状态,主控制单元对加热模块和风扇模块进行协调。显示模块包括显示屏,用于显示加热状态和温度信息等。
前述工作过程,仅是简单的描述,根据具体的环境,本领域技术人员可以进行针对性的流程设计,于此不作赘述。
无刷电机的驱动电路包括桥式驱动电路及与桥式驱动电路连接的整流电路。基于前述模块,防闪烁功能通过如下步骤实现。
热电偶温度传感器采集温度信号,主控制单元中的MCU接收前述温度信号,第一周期前后接收10次数据,去掉最大值和最小值后做平均。然后于MCU内部标准信号1.2V做运算计算热电偶的电压,由该电压通过查标准分度表以获 得第一温度。获取到的温度和700摄氏度比较,大于700就控制加热模块停止加热,显示模块显示888,小于700摄氏度则为正常温度。
MCU由第一温度、当前设定的温度以及档位温度梯度做PID运算,算出下一个周期的加热强度pwm2_duty,范围为0—200,其中0表示不加热,200表示全功率加热。PID运算中比例P的作用是一个快速反应的过程,一旦检测到有误差就做出一个控制强度,但是这个控制强度不能太大,否则会使超调增大。I的作用是积分,目的是消除控制误差,比如控制要求600度,而实际测试到温度只有598度,那么偏差的2度会一直累加,而累加的快慢则取决于I的大小,至到温度到达600度。D的作用是控制超调,由于系统存在滞后,所以加热速度快必然会导致温度的超调。适当增大D参数,可抑制超调。这三个参数的选取顺序为先调PI,最后调D。然后微调PI。MCU根据pwm2_duty的值生成加热强度序列。
由于市电为正弦波,频率为50HZ,在2S的时间内有100个正半周和100个负半周,所以为便于计算,取2S为一个加热周期,加热强度pwm2_duty就表示200个半周中要加热的半周个数。比如pwm2_duty为100时就表示在2S的时间内要加热100个半周停100个半周。
但是这加热的100个半周在和2S的时间内是如何分布的,就会对EMC认证产生不同的影响。通过对不同的加热序列的实际测试发现如下4种加热序列的PST值相对来说是比较低的。而实际的pwm2_duty值则是在0—200之内都有可能,所以要分段处理,这样做的目的是保证了EMC中的闪烁测试值PST,限定PST=1值附近,而不至于超过1。
MCU控制驱动电路按照前述加热强度序列驱动加热模块工作,在过零信号的同步下加热。但是要保证在前一个2S控制结束才可以处理下一个2S.如果没有保证2S一个周期那么可能出现在2S内频繁调节波形的可能,从而导致闪烁PST值变大。

Claims (7)

1.一种设有控制电路的无刷热风枪,包括:设有无刷电机的风扇模块及加热模块;控制所述风扇模块转动及加热模块加热的主控制单元,其特征在于,还包括向所述无刷热风枪供电的档位开关单元,所述档位开关单元与外部电源间设有增强无刷热风枪电磁兼容性的EMC处理电路;主控制单元与加热模块通过驱动电路连接,驱动电路包括桥式驱动电路及与桥式驱动电路连接的整流电路。
2.根据权利要求1所述设有控制电路的无刷热风枪,其特征在于:所述EMC处理电路包括与外部电源连接的放电电路,与所述放电电路连接的防雷击电路,与所述防雷击电路连接的前级电容,与所述前级电容连接的共模电感,一端与所述共模电感连接且另一端与档位开关单元连接的后级电容。
3.根据权利要求1所述设有控制电路的无刷热风枪,其特征在于:还包括与主控制单元及档位开关单元连接,用于输入用户控制信息的按键模块。
4.根据权利要求1所述设有控制电路的无刷热风枪,其特征在于:还包括与主控制单元及档位开关单元连接,用于采集无刷热风枪工作状态的检测模块。
5.根据权利要求4所述设有控制电路的无刷热风枪,其特征在于:所述检测模块包括设于发热筒出风口处的至少一个热电偶温度传感器。
6.根据权利要求4所述设有控制电路的无刷热风枪,其特征在于:还包括与所述主控制单元及档位开关单元连接的记忆存储模块,用于存储所述工作状态。
7.根据权利要求4所述设有控制电路的无刷热风枪,其特征在于:还包括与所述主控制单元及档位开关单元连接的显示模块,用于显示所述工作状态。
