本实用新型公开了一种免焊接组装托辊,包括筒体,所述筒体的中心设置有辊轴,所述筒体的两端压装有轴承座,所述轴承座的外端面上一体成形有迷宫型内密封圈,所述轴承座内压装有轴承,所述辊轴的两端与所述轴承的内圈配合,对应所述轴承的内圈内侧的所述辊轴上安装有轴承挡圈,所述辊轴的端部伸出所述轴承的内圈,所述轴承外的所述辊轴上套装有与所述迷宫型内密封圈配合的迷宫型外密封圈,所述辊轴的端部设有扁平卡接部;本实用新型主要零部件一体成型,结构紧凑,装配简单,机床加工量小,不需要焊接,节省了多道工序,降低了生产成本,缩短了生产周期,是一种新型绿色环保、低消耗的高效托辊,具有极高的经济效益和社会效益。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种托辊,尤其涉及一种生产过程节能环保的托辊。
背景技术
带式输送机主要由托辊、支架和输送带驱动装置等组成,托辊是带式输送机的主要构成部分之一,应用十分广泛。现有技术中的托辊多采用焊接工艺制作而成,装配费事费力,需要多道工序才能完成,导致生产成本增加,生产周期较长,大大影响了工作效率。而且现有技术的托辊需要通过焊接工艺制造,浪费电力,产生焊接有害气体和粉尘,污染环境,浪费能源,而且制造效率较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种装配简单易操作,不需要焊接,机床加工工序简单,生产成本低,生产周期短的免焊接组装托辊。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案是:免焊接组装托辊,包括筒体,所述筒体的中心设置有辊轴,所述筒体的两端分别通过过盈配合压装有轴承座,所述轴承座的外端面上一体成形有迷宫型内密封圈,所述轴承座内压装有轴承,所述辊轴的两端与所述轴承的内圈配合,对应所述轴承的内圈内侧的所述辊轴上安装有轴承挡圈,所述辊轴的端部伸出所述轴承的内圈,所述轴承外的所述辊轴上套装有与所述迷宫型内密封圈配合的迷宫型外密封圈,所述辊轴的端部设有扁平卡接部。
作为优选的技术方案,所述轴承座为非金属轴承座。
作为优选的技术方案,所述筒体为金属筒体。
作为对上述技术方案的改进,所述辊轴上设有外密封圈止退槽,对应所述外密封圈止退槽的所述迷宫型外密封圈上设有外密封圈止退凸起。
由于采用了上述技术方案,免焊接组装托辊,包括筒体,所述筒体的中心设置有辊轴,所述筒体的两端分别通过过盈配合压装有轴承座,所述轴承座的外端面上一体成形有迷宫型内密封圈,所述轴承座内压装有轴承,所述辊轴的两端与所述轴承的内圈配合,对应所述轴承的内圈内侧的所述辊轴上安装有轴承挡圈,所述辊轴的端部伸出所述轴承的内圈,所述轴承外的所述辊轴上套装有与所述迷宫型内密封圈配合的迷宫型外密封圈,所述辊轴的端部设有扁平卡接部;生产时,根据尺寸要求裁切下料所述辊轴、所述筒体,将所述辊轴两端加工挡圈槽和扁平卡接部,将所述轴承压装到带有迷宫型内密封圈的轴承座上,将所述辊轴安装上轴承挡圈,然后插入至所述轴承的内圈,再把迷宫型外密封圈套装到所述辊轴端部并与轴承座配合,最后将上述组件压装到所述筒体上;然后再进行另一端的装配和压装即可完成整个托辊的组装;本实用新型主要零部件一体成型,结构紧凑,装配简单,机床加工量小,不需要焊接,节省了多道工序,降低了生产成本,缩短了生产周期,是一种新型绿色环保、低消耗的高效托辊,具有极高的经济效益和社会效益。

如图1和图2所示,免焊接组装托辊,包括筒体1,所述筒体1的中心设置有辊轴2,所述筒体1的两端分别通过过盈配合压装有轴承座3,所述轴承座3的外端面上一体成形有迷宫型内密封圈31,所述轴承座3内压装有轴承4,所述辊轴2的两端与所述轴承4的内圈配合,对应所述轴承4的内圈内侧的所述辊轴2上安装有轴承挡圈5,所述辊轴2的端部伸出所述轴承4的内圈,所述轴承4外的所述辊轴2上套装有与所述迷宫型内密封圈31配合的迷宫型外密封圈6,所述辊轴2的端部设有扁平卡接部22。
本实施例中,所述轴承座3为非金属轴承座。所述筒体1为金属筒体。当然,采用其它工程塑料也应在本实用新型的保护范围之内。
本实施例中,所述辊轴2上设有外密封圈止退槽21,对应所述外密封圈止退槽21的所述迷宫型外密封圈6上设有外密封圈止退凸起61。所述外密封圈止退槽21和所述外密封圈止退凸起61的设置,可以保证所述迷宫型外密封圈6的准确定位和固定。
生产时,根据尺寸要求裁切下料所述辊轴2、所述筒体1,将所述辊轴2两端加工挡圈槽和扁平卡接部22,将所述轴承4压装到带有迷宫型内密封圈31的轴承座3上,将所述辊轴2安装上轴承挡圈5,然后插入至所述轴承4的内圈,再把迷宫型外密封圈6套装到所述辊轴2端部并与轴承座3配合,最后将上述组件压装到所述筒体1上;然后再进行另一端的装配和压装即可完成整个托辊的组装;本实用新型主要零部件一体成型,结构紧凑,装配简单,机床加工量小,不需要焊接,节省了多道工序,降低了生产成本,缩短了生产周期,是一种新型绿色环保、低消耗的高效托辊,具有极高的经济效益和社会效益。

1.免焊接组装托辊,包括筒体,其特征在于:所述筒体的中心设置有辊轴,所述筒体的两端分别通过过盈配合压装有轴承座,所述轴承座的外端面上一体成形有迷宫型内密封圈,所述轴承座内压装有轴承,所述辊轴的两端与所述轴承的内圈配合,对应所述轴承的内圈内侧的所述辊轴上安装有轴承挡圈,所述辊轴的端部伸出所述轴承的内圈,所述轴承外的所述辊轴上套装有与所述迷宫型内密封圈配合的迷宫型外密封圈,所述辊轴的端部设有扁平卡接部。
2.如权利要求1所述的免焊接组装托辊,其特征在于:所述轴承座为非金属轴承座。
3.如权利要求1所述的免焊接组装托辊,其特征在于:所述筒体为金属筒体。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的免焊接组装托辊,其特征在于:所述辊轴上设有外密封圈止退槽,对应所述外密封圈止退槽的所述迷宫型外密封圈上设有外密封圈止退凸起。
