本发明公开了一种免焊接快换托辊,包括筒体,所述筒体的中心设置有轴管,所述筒体的两端压装有轴承座,所述轴承座的外端面上一体成形有迷宫型内密封圈,所述轴承座内压装有轴承,对应所述轴承的内圈内侧的所述轴管上安装有轴承挡圈,所述轴承外的所述轴管上套装有与所述迷宫型内密封圈配合的迷宫型外密封圈;所述轴管的两端设有轴头连接螺孔,所述轴头连接螺孔安装有托辊轴头,所述托辊轴头上设有扁平卡接部;本发明主要零部件一体成型,不需要焊接,机床加工量小,降低了生产成本,是一种新型绿色环保低消耗的高效托辊;本发明更换托辊快速,节省了停机维修时间,提高了输送机的工作效率,具有极高的经济效益和社会效益。

免焊接快换托辊
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及一种托辊,尤其涉及一种生产过程节能环保且维修方便的托辊。
背景技术
[0002]带式输送机主要由托辊、支架和输送带驱动装置等组成,托辊是带式输送机的主要构成部分之一,应用十分广泛。现有技术中的托辊多采用焊接工艺制作而成,装配费事费力,需要多道工序才能完成,导致生产成本增加,生产周期较长,大大影响了工作效率。而且现有技术的托辊需要通过焊接工艺制造,浪费电力,产生焊接有害气体和粉尘,污染环境,浪费能源,而且制造效率较低。
[0003]另外,现有技术的托辊包括筒体,所述筒体的中心设置有辊轴,所述辊轴的两端设有位于所述筒体外且与支架卡接的扁平卡接部,所述辊轴与所述扁平卡接部一体设置。上述托辊工作过程中出现故障时,需要首先停机,然后从两端抬起托辊,将托辊从支架卡接槽中移出,换新托辊时与上述顺序相反,换好后开机重新工作。其缺点是必须停机维修,大大降低了工作效率。
发明内容
[0004]本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种装配简单易操作,不需要焊接,机床加工工序简单,生产成本低,生产周期短,更换简单易操作,不需要停机更换的免焊接快换托辊。
[0005]为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:免焊接快换托辊,包括筒体,所述筒体的中心设置有作为主辊轴的轴管,所述筒体的两端分别通过过盈配合压装有轴承座,所述轴承座的外端面上一体成形有迷宫型内密封圈,所述轴承座内压装有轴承,所述轴管的两端与所述轴承的内圈配合,对应所述轴承的内圈内侧的所述轴管上安装有轴承挡圈,所述轴管的端部伸出所述轴承的内圈,所述轴承外的所述轴管上套装有与所述迷宫型内密封圈配合的迷宫型外密封圈,所述迷宫型外密封圈外的所述轴管外周面设有方便拆卸的轴管夹持部;所述轴管的两端设有轴头连接螺孔,所述轴头连接螺孔安装有托辊轴头,所述托辊轴头上设有扁平卡接部。
[0006]作为优选的技术方案,所述轴管夹持部为设置在所述轴管端部两侧的铣削平行面。

[0012]由于采用了上述技术方案,免焊接快换托辊,包括筒体,其特征在于:所述筒体的中心设置有作为主辊轴的轴管,所述筒体的两端分别通过过盈配合压装有轴承座,所述轴承座的外端面上一体成形有迷宫型内密封圈,所述轴承座内压装有轴承,所述轴管的两端与所述轴承的内圈配合,对应所述轴承的内圈内侧的所述轴管上安装有轴承挡圈,所述轴管的端部伸出所述轴承的内圈,所述轴承外的所述轴管上套装有与所述迷宫型内密封圈配合的迷宫型外密封圈,所述迷宫型外密封圈外的所述轴管外周面设有方便拆卸的轴管夹持部;所述轴管的两端设有轴头连接螺孔,所述轴头连接螺孔安装有托辊轴头,所述托辊轴头上设有扁平卡接部;生产时,根据尺寸要求裁切下料所述轴管、所述筒体,将所述轴管两端加工轴头连接螺孔、挡圈槽和轴管夹持部,再将所述轴承压装到带有迷宫型内密封圈的轴承座上,将所述轴管安装上轴承挡圈,然后插入至所述轴承的内圈,再把迷宫型外密封圈套装到所述轴管端部并与轴承座配合,再将托辊轴头拧入所述轴管,最后将上述组件压装到所述筒体上;然后再进行另一端的装配和压装即可完成整个托辊的组装;本发明主要零部件一体成型,结构紧凑,装配简单,机床加工量小,不需要焊接,节省了多道工序,降低了生产成本,缩短了生产周期,是一种新型绿色环保、低消耗的高效托辊。本发明的托辊在安装时可以自由调节筒体相对于输送带的安装位置,更换托辊时在不停机的情况下将托辊的一端从支架卡接槽中抬出,用工具夹持住轴管夹持部,用另一工具夹持住托辊轴头上的扁平卡接部并转动,即可卸下一端的托辊轴头,放下托辊,拆卸托辊轴头的托辊一端向下耷拉,使托辊不再承受输送带的重力,然后按照上述方法再卸下另一端的托辊轴头,然后将托辊移出即可;更换新托辊时,顺序与拆卸相反;本发明更换托辊快速,节省了停机维修时间,提高了输送机的工作效率,具有极高的经济效益和社会效益。

[0022]生产时,根据尺寸要求裁切下料所述轴管2、所述筒体I,将所述轴管2两端加工轴头连接螺孔22、挡圈槽和轴管夹持部21,再将所述轴承4压装到带有迷宫型内密封圈31的轴承座3上,将所述轴管2安装上轴承挡圈5,然后插入至所述轴承4的内圈,再把迷宫型外密封圈6套装到所述轴管2端部并与轴承座3配合,再将托辊轴头7拧入所述轴管2,最后将上述组件压装到所述筒体I上;然后再进行另一端的装配和压装即可完成整个托辊的组装;本发明主要零部件一体成型,结构紧凑,装配简单,机床加工量小,不需要焊接,节省了多道工序,降低了生产成本,缩短了生产周期,是一种新型绿色环保、低消耗的高效托辊。本发明的托辊在安装时可以自由调节筒体I相对于输送带的安装位置,更换托辊时在不停机的情况下将托辊的一端从支架卡接槽中抬出,用工具夹持住轴管夹持部21,用另一工具夹持住托辊轴头7上的扁平卡接部71并转动,即可卸下一端的托辊轴头7,放下托辊,拆卸托辊轴头7的托辊一端向下耷拉,使托辊不再承受输送带的重力,然后按照上述方法再卸下另一端的托辊轴头7,然后将托辊移出即可;更换新托辊时,顺序与拆卸相反;本发明更换托辊快速,节省了停机维修时间,提高了输送机的工作效率,具有极高的经济效益和社会效益。

1.免焊接快换托辊,包括筒体,其特征在于:所述筒体的中心设置有作为主辊轴的轴管,所述筒体的两端分别通过过盈配合压装有轴承座,所述轴承座的外端面上一体成形有迷宫型内密封圈,所述轴承座内压装有轴承,所述轴管的两端与所述轴承的内圈配合,对应所述轴承的内圈内侧的所述轴管上安装有轴承挡圈,所述轴管的端部伸出所述轴承的内圈,所述轴承外的所述轴管上套装有与所述迷宫型内密封圈配合的迷宫型外密封圈,所述迷宫型外密封圈外的所述轴管外周面设有方便拆卸的轴管夹持部;所述轴管的两端设有轴头连接螺孔,所述轴头连接螺孔安装有托辊轴头,所述托辊轴头上设有扁平卡接部。
2.如权利要求1所述的免焊接快换托辊,其特征在于:所述轴管夹持部为设置在所述轴管端部两侧的铣削平行面。

6.如权利要求1所述的免焊接快换托辊,其特征在于:所述轴管上设有外密封圈止退槽,对应所述外密封圈止退槽的所述迷宫型外密封圈上设有外密封圈止退凸起。
7.如权利要求1至6任一权利要求所述的免焊接快换托辊,其特征在于:所述轴管为金属圆管。
