背景技术
为了保护太阳能电池板,需要在电池板的表面覆盖上背膜,但是现有的安装背膜的装置,在存放的过程中,安装凹槽内会被沾染各种污物,当下次要进行背膜安装时,还得先清理凹槽内的污物,费时费力。
发明内容
为了克服现有的固定装置容易沾染污物的不足,本实用新型提供了封口型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:封口型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,包括底座、固定座、主液压杆、压板、基板、固定块、凹槽、凸齿和电池板,固定座下端通过主液压杆和压板固定连接,压板两端分别设有凸齿,电池板两端设有基板,电池板置于底座上端,固定块分别与基板外侧相贴合,基板上端设有凹槽,凹槽与凸齿相配合,固定座通过副液压杆与套筒固定连接,底座置于套筒内,套筒边沿处设有密封圈,密封圈与底座侧端相贴合,套筒内壁上粘结有静电吸附层。
本实用新型的有益效果是,该固定装置能够在存放的过程中,处于密封状态,从而防止背膜被污物沾染,节约了成本,提高了功效。

具体实施方式
如图1是本实用新型的结构示意图,封口型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,包括底座1、固定座2、主液压杆3、压板4、基板5、固定块6、凹槽7、凸齿8和电池板9,固定座2下端通过主液压杆3和压板4固定连接,压板4两端分别设有凸齿8,电池板9两端设有基板5,电池板9置于底座1上端,固定块6分别与基板5外侧相贴合,基板5上端设有凹槽7,凹槽7与凸齿8相配合,固定座2通过副液压杆10与套筒11固定连接,底座1置于套筒11内,套筒11边沿处设有密封圈12,密封圈12与底座1侧端相贴合,套筒11内壁上粘结有静电吸附层13。
要进行背膜安装时,启动主液压杆3,使得主液压杆3带动压板4往下压,这样利用压板4下端的凸齿8,把背膜压在基板5的凹槽7之内,实现背膜固定。当需要进行装置存放时,就启动副液压杆10,使得副液压杆10的活塞杆体带动套筒11往下降,直到底座1的上端面都置于套筒11内部,这样底座1的上端就完成了密闭,而密封圈12能够增加套筒11与底座1的密封性。而静电吸附层13可以吸附套筒11内部的粉尘。该固定装置能够在存放的过程中,处于密封状态,从而防止背膜被污物沾染,节约了成本,提高了功效。

1.封口型太阳能电池板背膜固定装置,包括底座(1)、固定座(2)、主液压杆(3)、压板(4)、基板(5)、固定块(6)、凹槽(7)、凸齿(8)和电池板(9),固定座(2)下端通过主液压杆(3)和压板(4)固定连接,压板(4)两端分别设有凸齿(8),电池板(9)两端设有基板(5),电池板(9)置于底座(1)上端,固定块(6)分别与基板(5)外侧相贴合,基板(5)上端设有凹槽(7),凹槽(7)与凸齿(8)相配合,其特征是,固定座(2)通过副液压杆(10)与套筒(11)固定连接,底座(1)置于套筒(11)内,套筒(11)边沿处设有密封圈(12),密封圈(12)与底座(1)侧端相贴合,套筒(11)内壁上粘结有静电吸附层(13)。
