背景技术
锅炉风机在运行中经常发生轴承润滑油漏油现象，造成这种现象的原因有：1.安装密封装置时出现错位、损伤。2.风机高速运行中密封装置出现磨损。3.密封装置本身存在缺陷。

针对上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种风机防漏油负压装置，为解决风机漏油问题。
具体的技术方案为：
风机防漏油负压装置，包括风机接口短管、软管和轴承座接口短管；风机入口设有开孔，所述的风机接口短管安装在所述的开孔上，风机接口短管通过软管与阀门连接，阀门通过轴承座接口短管与轴承上盖连接。
本实用新型提供的风机防漏油负压装置，利用风机本身及增加部分设备制作负压装置，通过负压装置来解决漏油问题。

如图1所示，风机入口选一处开孔，开孔焊接风机接口短管1，风机接口短管1为一根短铁管，DN15或DN20均可，长度150mm-250mm均可。在轴承上盖原有孔安装一根短管即轴承座接口短管4，管径视孔径而定，再在轴承座接口短管4上安装一个阀门3，轴承座接口短管4和风机接口短管1通过软管2连接。
工作原理；通过调节开关的开度，使风机与轴承润滑油槽形成压力差，风机侧压力总大于润滑油槽的压力，把润滑油微微吸住，使之不能外流。

1.风机防漏油负压装置，其特征在于：包括风机接口短管、软管和轴承座接口短管；风机入口设有开孔，所述的风机接口短管安装在所述的开孔上，风机接口短管通过软管与阀门连接，阀门通过轴承座接口短管与轴承上盖连接。
