本发明涉及电池串排版技术领域,具体为一种电池串归正定位装置。
背景技术
在太阳能电池板的生产过程中,电池串自动排版机是一种重要设备。传统的电池串排版机是将电池串从输送皮带上直接排放在电池组件的玻璃上,排版的精度较低。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种电池串归正定位装置,其能够方便实现电池串的排版,提高排版精度。
其技术方案是这样的:一种电池串归正定位装置,其特征在于,其包括承载板,所述承载板后侧设置有至少两个并排布置的导轨,所述导轨上通过滑块安装有纵向推板,所述纵向推板连接驱动气缸,所述承载板前侧设置有与所述纵向推板平行布置的归正型材,所述承载板左侧设置有伺服电机,所述伺服电机连接丝杆,所述丝杆与所述归正型材平行布置,所述丝杆上设置有带横向推板的丝杆螺母,所述归正型材右侧设置有光电开关,所述光电开关电控连接所述伺服电机。
其进一步特征在于,所述纵向推板连接至少两个驱动气缸。
采用本发明的结构后,电池串一直承载板上后,通过纵向推板向归正型材方向推动实现横向归正,横向推板通过伺服电机驱动将电池串沿归正型材与纵向推板移动,当电池串右侧移至光电开关处时感应到位后伺服电机停止,电池串实现归正定位。

见图1,图2所示,一种电池串归正定位装置,其包括承载板1,承载板1后侧设置有四个并排布置的导轨2,导轨2上通过滑块3安装有纵向推板4,纵向推板4连接两个驱动气缸5,承载板1前侧设置有与纵向推板4平行布置的归正型材10,承载板1左侧设置有伺服电机6,伺服电机6连接丝杆7,丝杆7与归正型材7平行布置,丝杆7上设置有带横向推板8的丝杆螺母11,归正型材10右侧设置有光电开关9,光电开关9电控连接伺服电机6。

1.一种电池串归正定位装置,其特征在于,其包括承载板,所述承载板后侧设置有至少两个并排布置的导轨,所述导轨上通过滑块安装有纵向推板,所述纵向推板连接驱动气缸,所述承载板前侧设置有与所述纵向推板平行布置的归正型材,所述承载板左侧设置有伺服电机,所述伺服电机连接丝杆,所述丝杆与所述归正型材平行布置,所述丝杆上设置有带横向推板的丝杆螺母,所述归正型材右侧设置有光电开关,所述光电开关电控连接所述伺服电机。
