[0002] 球磨机是物料被破碎后,再进行粉碎的关键设备。它广泛应用于水泥,硅酸盐制品,新型建筑材料、耐火材料、化肥、黑色金属与有色金属等生产行业,可对各种矿石和其他可磨性物料进行干式或湿式粉磨。
[0003] 现有的球磨机的工作原理如下,设备运转过程中,球磨机中的物料和研磨球在滚筒的带动下向上作部分圆周运动,然后受重力作用落下,与物料发生撞击达到粉碎物料的目的;但是实际工作过程中研磨球之间也会发生碰撞,不但产生巨大的噪音污染还会升高滚筒的温度,影响滚筒内物料的性质;同时研磨球和物料集中于滚筒底部,当滚筒旋转到底部时,需要增大输出功率才能保证滚筒顺利工作,研磨机的耗电量,生产效率低。
