齿轮作为传动领域内不可缺少的配件,在工业化生产中扮演着重要的角色,相邻齿轮间的齿合需要润滑油润滑才能更好的发挥齿轮的传动作用,减少对能源的消耗,同时润滑油也可以进一步降低齿轮在转动过程中所产生的噪音,但是随着时间的累计,需要定期或不定期对齿轮注入润滑油进行润滑,才能保持良好的运转效率。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷，提供一种自润滑齿轮。
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现：
一种自润滑齿轮，包括轮齿，齿根圆，所述轮齿均匀分布在齿根圆外圆周上，相邻轮齿间距相等，轮齿截面为矩形，在所述轮齿上沿齿轮转动方向一侧设置有储油腔，所述储油腔为圆形或者三角形，储油腔沿齿轮转动方向设置有出油口，预先将每个储油腔注满润滑油，当齿轮在转动时，润滑油可以通过出油口流出实现齿轮的自润滑。
在所述出油口设置出油装置，所述出油装置能够在出油口向下时使润滑油流出该出油装置，从而实现对润滑油流出速度的控制。出油装置可以为装有海绵的塑料盒，塑料盒外壳设置有孔，出油装置也可以为圆球，圆球直径大于出油口尺寸。
本实用新型的有益效果为：通过在轮齿中设置储油腔，储油腔沿轮齿转动方向开有出油口，实现了齿轮在转动过程中的自润滑，延长了齿轮保养周期。

如图1、2所示，一种自润滑齿轮，包括轮齿1，齿根圆2，轮齿1均匀分布在齿根圆2外圆周上，相邻轮齿1间距相等，轮齿1截面为矩形，在轮齿1上沿齿轮转动方向一侧设置有储油腔3，储油腔3为圆形或者三角形，储油腔3沿齿轮转动方向设置有出油口4，预先将每个储油腔3注满润滑油，当齿轮在转动时，润滑油可以通过出油口4流出实现齿轮的自润滑。
在出油口4设置出油装置5，出油装置5能够在出油口4向下时使润滑油流出该出油装置5，从而实现对润滑油流出速度的控制。出油装置5可以为装有海绵的塑料盒，塑料盒外壳设置有孔，出油装置5也可以为圆球，圆球直径大于出油口4尺寸。

3.如权利要求1所述的一种自润滑齿轮，其特征在于：所述出油口设置出油装置，所述出油装置能够在出油口向下时使润滑油流出该出油装置。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种自润滑齿轮，其特征在于：所述出油装置为装有海绵的塑料盒，所述塑料盒外壳设置有孔。
5.如权利要求3所述的一种自润滑齿轮，其特征在于：所述出油装置为圆球，圆球直径大于出油口尺寸。
