本实用新型涉及一种电陶炉炉盘的固定结构。
背景技术
炉具是人们生活中一种必须的设备，在人们的日常生活当中发挥着重要的作用，目前我国使用的炉具，炉具中的炉盘固定方式复杂，不方便安装，主要体现于发热盘用三根螺丝弹簧柱支撑，这种用螺丝弹簧柱支撑的安装方式复杂，让费人力成本，并且上面的弹簧细，长期在炉盘的高温中容易断裂，降低了炉具的使用寿命。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种安装方便，使用寿命更长炉盘固定结构。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型技术方案如下：
一种电陶炉炉盘的固定结构，包括黑晶板1、固定片2碰焊在外框3内侧、外框3、发热盘4、发热盘固定条5、防电陶瓷柱6、固定螺丝7；
所述黑晶板1固定在外框3的上方；
所述固定片2碰焊在外框3内侧的两边；
所述发热盘4底部固定在发热盘固定条5上；
所述发热盘固定条5置于固定片2的上方；
所述防电陶瓷柱6置于发热盘固定条5两端下方，这样就把发热盘固定条和外框分开了，就不容易漏电了；
所述固定螺丝7把发热盘固定条5拉紧在固定片2上，让发热盘与黑晶板更紧密，热能不容易外漏；
本实用新型提供的炉盘的固定结构通过设计上的小小改进，用一条发热盘固定条来固定发热盘，这样在装配上更方便；增加了一个防电陶瓷柱把发热盘的金属件和外框分开，不容易漏电；发热盘固定条通过固定螺丝拉紧在固定片上，让发热盘与黑晶板更紧密，热能不容易外漏。
