目前，高速冲床为了提高使用寿命都使用气垫来消除冲击带来的振动。传统气垫结构因气垫供气气压或受力不均，造成气垫倾斜、晃动，容易发生连接螺钉断裂现象。

目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种冲床气垫结构。

一种冲床气垫结构，包括：单顶冠、活塞、底座、隔断、多个气垫顶冠、支撑部件、导块，所述单顶冠底部通过隔断分为多个空间，每个空间内均设置有气垫顶冠，所述气垫顶冠内均设置有活塞，所述活塞底部设置有底座；所述气垫顶冠外侧面设置有多个支撑部件，所述支撑部件上均设置有导块，所述导块与隔断上凹槽移动连接。
还包括导柱，所述气垫顶冠顶部设置有导柱，单顶冠对应导柱位置处设置有凹槽。
