现有的夹具各种各样，而用来夹持空调周转板的夹具，目前夹具要么就是结构复杂、要么就是夹持效果不好。效率低、成本高。

为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种成本低、夹持效果好的夹紧固定周转板的夹具。
一种夹紧固定周转板的夹具，其特征在于：包括底板1，在底板1上设有两平行的导轨2，在两平行的导轨2上分别设有可夹住空调周转板的左龙门架3、右龙门架4，在底板1上设有驱动电机5和皮带6，所述左龙门架3、右龙门架4通过夹块相应地连接在皮带6两侧并由于带动左龙门架3、右龙门架4作相对移动；在左龙门架3、右龙门架4均设有可压紧工件的顶压气缸7。
如上所述一种夹紧固定周转板的夹具，其特征在于在左龙门架3、右龙门架4上各自设有阻挡气缸8，阻挡气缸8的气缸杆连接有阻挡板9。
本案的优点如下：
本案采用电机和皮带来带动左龙门架、右龙门架在导轨上作相对移动，使该夹具张开或夹紧。此外还采用顶压气缸将工件进行上部的压紧，使其夹持效果更好。
此外，本案还设有阻挡气缸，即当空调周转板到达底板到位后，阻挡气缸立即启动，带动阻挡板伸出，阻挡住工件，定位准确。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图及具体实施例进行详细描述。
一种夹紧固定周转板的夹具，包括底板1，在底板1上设有两平行的导轨2，在两平行的导轨2上分别设有可夹住空调周转板的左龙门架3、右龙门架4。在底板1上设有驱动电机5和皮带6，所述左龙门架3、右龙门架4通过夹块相应地连接在皮带6两侧并由于带动左龙门架3、右龙门架4作相对移动，即电机带动左龙门架3、右龙门架4之间的间距缩小或扩大。在左龙门架3、右龙门架4均设有可压紧工件的顶压气缸7。
更优的，在左龙门架3、右龙门架4上各自设有阻挡气缸8，阻挡气缸8的气缸杆连接有阻挡板9。
其使用过程：输送线上的空调周转板带着工件进入底板1中，当空调周转板完全进入底板1中并到位后，阻挡气缸8启动带动阻挡板伸出，阻挡住工件。之后驱动电机5启动，带动皮带6拖动左龙门架3、右龙门架4收缩，使之将空调周转板夹住，之后两个顶压气缸7再启动，将工件压住，使该工件完全固定，就可以在工件上进行装配作业。

1.一种夹紧固定周转板的夹具，其特征在于：包括底板(1)，在底板(1)上设有两平行的导轨(2)，在两平行的导轨(2)上分别设有可夹住空调周转板的左龙门架(3)、右龙门架(4)，在底板(1)上设有驱动电机(5)和皮带(6)，所述左龙门架(3)、右龙门架(4)通过夹块相应地连接在皮带(6)两侧并由于带动左龙门架(3)、右龙门架(4)作相对移动；在左龙门架(3)、右龙门架(4)均设有可压紧工件的顶压气缸(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种夹紧固定周转板的夹具，其特征在于在左龙门架(3)、右龙门架(4)上各自设有阻挡气缸(8)，阻挡气缸(8)的气缸杆连接有阻挡板(9)。
