Abstract

本实用新型提供一种加工机的主轴的散热构造,对于在主轴的前端形成锥形孔,且在该锥形孔安装工具座的锥形部的主轴的散热构造,在该主轴的前端固定设有传动键的键固定部件,通过使该传动键与设于工具座的键槽嵌合,防止工具座相对于主轴的旋转的旋转方向的相位偏移。另外,在设有传动键的键固定部件设置与周围的介质气体进行热交换的散热部件。

加工机的主轴的散热构造
技术领域
本实用新型涉及加工机的主轴的散热构造。
背景技术
在加工机中,机床由于主轴旋转而轴承等发热,从而带来热位移、轴承的预压的上升,且对加工精度产生影响,因此,为了抑制主轴的温度上升,在主轴具备冷却构造。
作为涉及加工机的主轴的冷却构造的现有技术,例如,日本特开2014-062620号公报公开了以下构造,在采用了由空气原油对轴承进行润滑的主轴中,不混合对该主轴的轴及轴承进行冷却的空气和润滑用的空气原油。
另外,在日本特开2014-117119号公报中公开了一种构造,其沿着主轴的轴心设置冷却空气流路,并具有送风部,该送风部随着主轴的旋转,从该冷却空气流路的底端吸入外部的空气并使其在主轴的轴心方向上加压传送。
另一方面,在将工具安装于主轴的前端进行加工的加工机中,主轴前端具有用于防止主轴与工具的旋转方向的相位偏移的传动键。与之相关地,日本特开平10-337625号公报公开了形成如下构造,即通过将在环状的部件上设置传动键而成的环形板螺纹固定于主轴的前端而在该主轴的前端安装传动键,另外,在主轴前端部没有键槽,从而主轴前端部不会因离心力而扩大。
上述的日本特开2014-062620号公报公开的技术虽然通过流通冷却用空气实现了对作为冷却对象的轴、轴承的冷却,但是,存在以下问题,即、为了冷却,需要复杂的机构、设备。
另外,日本特开2014-117119号公报公开的即使虽然通过在轴心设置冷却空气流路,且随着主轴的旋转从设于冷却空气流路的底端的送风部吸入外部的空气而实现了作为冷却对象的轴、轴承的冷却,但是,存在以下问题,即、在加工机中,通常在轴心具有用于在主轴前端把持工具的机构,因此,难以应用该技术。
实用新型内容
因此,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无须复杂的机构、设备,且能够应用于在加工机中具有把持工具的机构的一般的构造的主轴的主轴的散热构造。
在本实用新型中,通过在主轴前端的具有传动键的部件设置用于散热的散热板、叶片,从而解决上述问题。
在本实用新型的加工机的主轴的散热构造中,在主轴的前端形成锥形孔,在该锥形孔能够装卸地安装工具座的锥形部,在该主轴的前端固定设有传动键的键固定部件,且使该传动键与设于上述工具座的键槽嵌合,由此来防止工具座相对于上述主轴的旋转的、旋转方向的相位偏移。然后,在设有该传动键的上述键固定部件设有与周围的介质气体进行热交换的散热部件。
上述散热部件也可以形成为将上述键固定部件的基部在径向上延长的形状。该情况下,也可以在上述散热部件设置使与介质气体的接触面积增加且用于搅拌介质气体的槽。
上述散热部件从上述键固定部的基部开始,在径向上具有至少一个叶片状的部件。
根据本实用新型,无需负载的机构、设备,且在加工机具有把持工具的机构的一般的构造的主轴中,能够冷却轴、轴承。

具体实施方式
参照图1,对具有本实用新型的第一实施方式的散热构造的主轴的构造进行说明。
如图1所示,加工机的主轴1的构造为,在前端形成有锥形孔,通过在该锥形孔能够装卸地安装工具座的锥形部,进而能够装配保持于该工具座的工具。主轴1在前端2固定有键固定部3,键固定部3具有:用于使工具和主轴不产生旋转方向上的相位偏移地一体旋转的传动键3a;以及金属制的散热部件3b。
传动键3a与上述的日本特来平10-337625号公报等所记载的技术同样地防止与设于工具座(未图示)的键槽嵌合的工具的、相对于主轴的旋转方向的偏移。另一方面,散热部件3b形成为将键固定部3的基部在径向上延长而成的形状,从而增大主轴1的热容量,另外,通过主轴1旋转,固定于主轴1的键固定部3也一同旋转,从而与周围的介质气体进行热交换,将主轴1的轴4和轴承5冷却。
参照图2及图3,对具有本实用新型的第二实施方式的散热构造的主轴的构造进行说明。
如图2所述,主轴1通过在其散热部件3b设置槽6来使散热部件3b与介质气体的接触面积增加,进而在该槽6旋转时对周围的介质气体进行搅拌。设于该散热部件3b的槽6通过对覆盖装配有主轴1的机械的罩体内的介质气体进行搅拌,能够对主轴1以外的部分也进行冷却。
图3是图2所示的键固定部3的立体图。构成键固定部3的传动键3a和散热部件3b作为一体的部件而构成。
图4是本实用新型的其它实施方式的键固定部3单体的立体图。
参照图4,对具有本实用新型的第三实施方式的散热构造的主轴的构造进行说明。
如图4所示,散热部件3b为在半径方向上从键固定部3的基部延伸的翅状(叶片状),与图3所示的散热部件相比较,其为更能够搅拌周围的介质气体的形状。
图5是表示现有技术的主轴的结构的概要图。
在该主轴1中,该键固定部3未考虑散热,因此热容量小,且未形成与周围的介质气体积极地进行热交换的形状。
与之相对,在本实用新型中,如参照图1~图4所说明地,考虑键固定部3的散热,增大热容量,而且形成与周围的介质气体积极地进行热交换的形状。因此,能够不设置复杂的机构、设备而进行主轴的轴和轴承的冷却。
此外,对于散热部件的形状,不受上述的实施方式限定。为了提高散热性,在上述的实施方式中,在散热部件设置槽、或者将散热部件形成为翅状来搅拌介质气体,但是,除此之外,也能够采用在图2所示的圆盘状的散热部件上使圆盘的厚度根据径向的位置变化、将该圆盘的外形形成为多边形等的形状。
另外,在主轴的前端紧固键固定部的方法通过考虑由螺栓进行的紧固、粘结、热装、压入配合等,在本实用新型中,使用怎样的紧固方法都可以。
而且,在上述的实施方式中将散热部件形成为金属制,但是也能够代替金属,而由热传导率高的树脂等制作。散热部件可以与键固定部相同材质且形成为一体,但是也可以为不同的材质,在该情况下,只要将散热部件和键固定部通过由利用螺栓的紧固等来固定即可。

Claims (4)

1.一种加工机的主轴的散热构造,在主轴的前端形成锥形孔,在该锥形孔能够装卸地安装工具座的锥形部,在该主轴的前端固定设有传动键的键固定部件,并使该传动键与设于上述工具座的键槽嵌合,由此来防止工具座相对于上述主轴的旋转的、旋转方向的相位偏移,上述加工机的主轴的散热构造的特征在于,
在设有传动键的上述键固定部件设有与周围的介质气体进行热交换的散热部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加工机的主轴的散热构造,其特征在于,
上述散热部件是将上述键固定部件的基部在径向上延长的形状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的加工机的主轴的散热构造,其特征在于,
在上述散热部件设有使与介质气体的接触面积增加且用于搅拌介质气体的槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的加工机的主轴的散热构造,其特征在于,
上述散热部件具有至少一个从上述键固定部的基部开始沿径向为叶片状的部件。
