Abstract

微风发电机圆锥筒型风轮,由原来的竖式安装的叶片式风轮改为水平安装的圆锥筒式风轮,而且有四个圆锥筒顺向安装在回转臂的末端,用螺钉连接,旋转臂装在发电机转子上面,由于四个集风筒所受迎风阻力不一样,圆面迎风阻力大于锥面的阻力,从而产生力矩使旋转臂转动,本装置适用于风力微弱的条件。

Description

本实用新型涉及微风发电机的风轮,特别是适用于在风力较微弱的条件下使风的微风发电机风轮。
到目前为止,微风发电机的风轮都是叶片式,而且都是竖式安装,由于结构上的原因,它们都有其共同的缺点:(1)灵敏度差,起动风速在每秒1.5米以上,对于更微弱的风力,它们就不能起动;(2)为了保证叶片正对风向,因此必须安装尾舵,这样造价高,易损件多;(3)由于大多数使用地区风向不稳定,因而风轮有可能在360°园周上任意旋转,因此,发电机的引入线必须通过滑环同负载接通,以免引起引入线打绞、扭断,这样一来,滑环部份经日晒雨淋易出故障,同时也增大造价。
本实用新型的目的就是要提供一种改进的风轮,它能有效地克服上述三个缺点。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:将原竖式安装的叶片式风轮改为水平安装的园锥筒式风轮,而且四个园锥筒顺向安装,园锥筒是中空的锥形,园锥筒的锥角约为30~45°,利用园锥筒园面的迎风阻力远大于锥面阻力这一特性,使之产生较大力矩,从而使旋转臂带动发电机转动。
本实用新型将原竖式安装的叶片式风轮改为水平安装的园锥筒型风轮后,提高了灵敏度,风速在每秒1.5米以下都能可靠起动运转;同时不须安装尾舵,四个集风筒始终有两个正对风向,使整套微风发电机造价更低;又由于发电机本身不会跟着风向旋转,因而省略了滑环连接引线的较复杂结构。
兹结合附图对其结构进一步的详细叙述:
图1是微风发电机园锥筒型风轮的正视图。图2是园锥筒型风轮的俯视图。
从图1可知风轮有四个园锥筒型集风筒(1)顺向水平安装在旋转臂(2)的末端,它们之间用焊接或螺钉联接,旋转臂直接安装在发电机(3)的转子上,发电机固定在支架(4)上。
从图2可以知道,由于四个园锥筒型集风筒顺向水平安装,不管从那个方向来风,由于四个集风筒所受到迎风阻力不一样,始终会有相对应的两个集风筒正对风向,而正对风向的两个园锥筒型集风筒方向相反,园面迎风阻力远大于锥面迎风阻力,从而产生较大力矩,使旋转臂顺时针方向旋转。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点是结构简单,可以水平安装风轮,在微弱风力条件下也能应用,结构上省略了使用尾舵,不至于扭断或绞乱引线,切合实用。

1、一种微风发电机园锥筒型风轮,其特征在于旋转臂(2)按装在发电机(3)的转子上面,风轮有四个园锥筒型集风筒(1),顺向水平地安装在旋转臂(2)的末端。
2、根据权利要求1所述的园锥筒型风轮,其特征在于园锥筒型集风筒(1)的锥角为30~45°。
