Abstract

本发明是一种山顶风电站(1),杆(A)固定在山顶的砼基(C)中,杆(A)穿过筒(B)的中轴线,使(B)能绕杆(A)顺风向转动。筒(B)的小端出风口获得较高的风速驱动风力机,风力机的功率按风速的3次方成正比,所以三叶风力机无法运转,风速V<3m/s的大片地区,应用本发明能够发电。筒(B)的下方装有导轮组(D4),与固定在砼基的方钢环(E)啮合,具备抵抗高风速的稳定性。优点(1)适应风速范围广;(2)极大部分技术简易,可用一般人员就业制造;(3)导轮安装的圆环(D),安装时可用以杆(A)为轴心校正,并增减垫片(D1)来补偿不圆整度;方钢环(E)也可用半径方向,如像收放自行车轮车条原理来校正安装。

山顶风电站
本发明属于风电领域,一种山顶风电站。
山顶风能优于地面风能,而许多山顶似乎都荒置无用,又因风速V<3m/s之区域,被现有的三叶风力发电机组划为贫风力资源地区。
本发明之目的企图把风速V=2m/s的大片地区也实现风力资源范围,就是利用a、山顶高度优势;b、有聚风作用的喇叭口筒的狭管效应。
图1、杆A、筒B、砼基C(建于山顶的混凝土基座),这三者关系比喻为旗杆(A)、旗子(B)、树立旗杆的场所(C)。即A树立在C上固定不动,B则按风向可绕A转展。圆环D是请轧钢厂趁热弯成的H截面梁(H梁)。例如Φ=50m的圆环,头尾相接焊住。它与筒B通过杆件结构焊成一体。圆环D的外圆周柱面上,通过垫块D1、轮架D2、轮轴D3、导轮D4组成的导轮副,分布多架(导轮副),并用螺栓装固;分布方位分前(即在筒B的大口径方位)和后(即为筒B的小端出风口)两个方向,就是在D圆环的平面前后两个圆心角、各占70°的方位上,几乎密布安装多架导轮副,但在左右两个方位上,各装2-3架导轮副。因此,导轮副与圆环D、筒B一起随风向绕杆A回转。
方管环E,是方钢管弯成的圆环、头尾相接焊住。在半径方向(半径的部分长度上),焊有多段扁钢管E1、地脚螺杆E2被混凝土浇灌在砼基C的圆柱面中;
方管环E、圆环D都与杆A同轴度。
当筒B由风向改变而绕杆A转动时,导轮沿着方管环E滚动。
杆A(例如Φ550mm的厚壁钢管)的下端,固定在砼基C的圆柱轴心线中的一钢板C1的孔中(对开半圆孔),并用角钢C2、螺栓C3、地脚螺杆C4紧固。砼基C的上表面,有对开半圆孔的钢板Ca定位,使杆A垂直竖立。钢板Ca夹紧过渡套A1,并用地脚螺杆Cb固定。A2是螺帽,A3是推力轴承,A4是下径向轴承,A5是上径向轴承,A6是径向、推力轴承组合盘,用来吊挂钢索F。杆A穿过筒B的截面椭圆中心(图2)。
图2是筒B的大口筒端视图。环形的(钢质)管框B1、纵向的管梁B2(10根),每一管框B1上,都张拉高强度粗钢丝G;筒B向后方逐渐减小(图1),并趋向呈圆锥筒体,张拉的钢丝呈半径方向辐射,减少到5条钢丝;最后一段是正圆锥筒时,不用张拉钢丝G。筒B的内壁B4用增强塑料扁管(例如截面长×宽×壁厚=100mm×40mm×3mm),在每三个管框B1之间纵向密布(筒体有锥度,大端任它有缝隙),用自攻螺钉紧固。再在内表用环氧树脂粘玻璃丝布数层,使筒B内壁光洁、平顺;筒B外表不用扁塑料管,直接用树脂,玻璃丝布粘数层,任让纵向管梁B2横的环形管框B1隆起呈波浪面。
图1、J是风力发电机组,Ja是风力机的进风闸门开启(下降)的隔层腔,Jb是人的通行门,Jc是通道。B5杆件支撑结构,Fa拉索。
风力机是一种亚汽轮机形式,比汽轮机的叶片少而长。
图3是杆A的上下轴承部位的局部放大。A杆、A1过渡套,A2螺帽,Ca是钢板,A3推力轴承,1是定位圈,A4是下径向轴承,2是下轴承座,3是钢管,4是上轴承座,A5是上径向轴承,5是覆盖板,6是垫圈,7是螺帽,8是对合抱箍,9是上过度套。
本方案突出优点:1、不占用地面,只占用较小的山顶截面;2、制造技术简易,可用普通务工人员就业;3、发挥山上风力优势和喇叭口聚风筒的狭管效应聚风来提高风速,由于风力机的功率按风速的3次方成正比,因此让本来在三叶风力机判作贫乏风力资源区也可用来风力发电;4、用导轮机构稳定转向、具有抵抗高风速的稳定性,使风速大的地区也适应运作,所以适应性很广。

1、一种山顶风电站,其特征是,包括聚风作用的筒(B),用喇叭筒口引风进筒提高风速;固联在筒(B)下边的导轮组与方管环(E)啮合,并沿方管环(E)水平圆周滚动,该导轮组与所述的筒(B)一起随风向以杆(A)为轴心线回转;该杆(A)和方管环(E)同轴心固定在山顶的砼基(C)中;所述的杆(A)的下端固定在砼基(C)的圆柱轴心线中的一钢板(C1)的对开半圆孔中,并用角钢(C2)、螺栓(C3)、地脚螺杆(C4)紧固,砼基(C)的上表面有对开半圆孔的钢板(Ca)定位,使杆(A)垂直竖立;该钢板(Ca)夹紧过渡套(A1),并用地脚螺杆(Cb)固定。
