Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀,特别是在液压回路中使用的阀,包括筒结构形式的阀体,所述阀体能安装到具有流体通道的壳体中并且能借助于固定装置固定在所述壳体中。
背景技术
在专业术语中被称作筒形插装式阀并且在液压系统中被设置为液压部件的这类阀是现有技术。例如文献EP 1 882 122 B1和DE 10 2011 010 474 A1以比例-压力调节阀的形式示出这类阀。作为固定装置设有一个中心螺纹,该中心螺纹包括位于阀体上的外螺纹和在壳体的安装孔上的内螺纹,其中,为了确保充分的固定,需要相应的拧紧扭矩。所述拧紧扭矩主要取决于在运行中预期的载荷、阀体和旋拧式壳体所使用的材料以及固定几何结构。即使在维持各自规定的扭矩的情况下,为了保证高的安全性,也需要用于螺纹紧固的附加的复杂的方法,比如粘贴和/或使用带齿的止动垫片和类似部件。
筒式阀体的另一种已知的固定方法规定使用固定法兰,所述固定法兰能与壳体拧紧并且从配置给阀体的磁铁操纵装置沿侧向伸出。这种已知解决方案的一个缺点在于,沿侧向伸出的法兰导致所需的安装空间显著增大,这在如下情况下是特别有妨碍的,即,当所涉及的阀应嵌入由所谓的控制箱形成的壳体中,在所述控制箱中要并排地布置许多阀时。
发明内容

相应的锁止元件能够以特别有利的方式通过在至少大部分周向区域上包围阀体的环形体构成,所述环形体为了安装过程能通过弹性变形扩宽到所述装配位置中并且在到达安装位置时通过恢复原状占据锁止位置,在所述锁止位置中所述环形体以锁止面与保持面贴靠。由此实现了卡锁连接类型的插塞连接,所述插塞连接在通过插入完成的装配过程中通过已变形的环形元件的闭锁自动地起作用。
在特别有利的实施例中,设有形式为带有圆形横截面的金属的锁紧涨圈的环形体。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中所示的现有技术的筒形插装式阀可以构造成为比例-压力调节阀并且设有操纵磁铁装置2。所述操纵磁铁装置以与现有 技术相应的方式用于控制可在阀体4中运动的、不可见的调节活塞或者调节滑块。阀体4借助一个固定装置安装在一个壳体6中,所述壳体具有流体接头8。在图1所示的构造形式中,固定装置通过中心螺纹10构成。为了建立与中心螺纹10的拧紧,所述阀体4具有一个外六角部12,以便借助螺帽扳手产生螺纹连接所需的拧紧力矩。在图2中所示的现有技术的实例中,固定装置通过法兰拧紧结构构成。为此设有一个与操纵磁铁装置2的不可见的磁极铁心连接的固定法兰14,所述固定法兰从操纵磁铁装置2沿侧向伸出并且在伸出的区域上借助固定螺钉16与壳体6拧紧。
按照本发明的阀可以在操纵磁铁装置2以及在阀体4和壳体6的功能设计方面与现有技术相符,而相对于现有技术的基本区别在于,固定装置在没有螺纹连接、即中心螺纹或者法兰拧紧结构的情况下以插塞连接的形式实现。在所示的实施例中该连接借助形式为锁紧涨圈20的锁止元件以锁紧方式形成,参见单独地示出锁紧涨圈20的图5以及示出阀处于通过锁紧涨圈20固定的安装位置中的图6。
在当前实例中,锁紧涨圈20是一个带有圆形横截面的钢圈。

在当前的实例中,几何结构这样地被构造,使得当收敛角为6度时,在锁紧涨圈20与阀体4的周向区域36贴靠之前,斜面26与斜面28之间的距离在一个位置上缩小到小于线直径d1的值。这意味着,在安装位置,在受径向张紧力的锁紧涨圈20和阀体4的周向区域36之间留有间隙38(图4)。在锁紧涨圈20沿径向最终贴靠在周向区域36上之前,就完成了锁紧涨圈20在斜面26与斜面28之间的夹紧,由此补偿了由公差引起的尺寸偏差,从而所形成的插塞连接在任何情况下在轴向上没有间隙。如图6所示,阀体4在安装位置中通过形式为Ο型圈42的密封装置相对于壳体6密封。
如图5所示,锁紧涨圈20具有一个从环平面成直角弯曲的端部部分40。如图7和图8所示,端部部分40通过与一个在阀体4上沿纵向延伸的槽46和一个构造在壳体6中的嵌接空间配合作用而形成一个用于阀体4的防扭转装置。在图7所示的实例中,嵌接空间通过一个构造在壳体6中的孔48形成。在装配过程中应注意,阀体4中的槽46和壳体孔48对齐,从而锁紧涨圈20的弯曲的端部部分40嵌接到槽46中并且防止阀体4转动。在图7的实例中,由于孔48的直径,可实现最大约10度的小的转角。与之相比,图8的实例替代壳体孔48示出一个在壳体6中沿纵向延伸的槽50,该槽的宽度d1.1稍微大 于锁紧涨圈20的线直径d1。与线直径d1适配的槽50也防止了小的转动运动,但是与一个孔48的引入相比,槽50的引入在加工技术上更复杂一点。
由优质钢构成的锁紧涨圈20形式的锁止元件的所示实施方式对应于一种优选的实施方式。但是也可以使用由其它具有足够弹性模量的金属材料制成的锁紧涨圈。当阀允许在轴向上具有间隙并且运行力不超过容许值时,同样可以设置由塑料制成的环,其中,对于应用而言应优选具有高刚度的纤维加强的塑料。也可以使用由钢制成的金属丝,所述金属丝穿入所述槽中并且没有预制的形状。此外也可以使用金属丝绳作为锁止元件。上面最后提到的两个方案的前提条件是相应确定尺寸的到槽中的导入结构、即到槽的径向可接近性,例如以斜孔的形式。

Claims (8)

1.阀,包括筒结构形式的阀体(4),所述阀体能安装在具有流体接头(8)的壳体(6)中并且能借助于固定装置(20,26,28)固定在所述壳体中,其中,所述固定装置具有至少一个作为独立构件位于阀体(4)与壳体(6)之间的锁止元件(20),所述锁止元件具有锁止面,所述锁止面能相对于阀体(4)的纵轴线(18)在装配位置和锁止位置之间运动,所述装配位置能够实现阀体(4)嵌入壳体(6)中,在所述锁止位置中所述锁止面通过贴靠在壳体(6)的和阀体(4)的保持面(26,28)上而将所述阀体固定在安装位置中,相应的锁止元件通过环形体(20)形成,所述环形体为了安装过程能通过弹性变形扩宽到所述装配位置中并且在到达安装位置时通过恢复原状占据锁止位置,在所述锁止位置中所述环形体以其锁止面与保持面(26,28)贴靠,设有形式为带有圆形横截面的金属的锁紧涨圈(20)的环形体,所述环形体容纳在位于壳体(6)中的安装空间(32)中,所述安装空间以由阀体(4)限定的纵轴线(18)为参照具有能够实现锁紧涨圈(20)扩宽的径向深度(d2)并且在面向壳体(6)的安装孔(22)的一侧被第一斜面(26)沿轴向限界,所述第一斜面形成壳体(6)的保持面,该保持面防止锁紧涨圈(20)朝向安装孔(22)运动,其特征在于,沿安装方向在阀体(4)上位于外径最大的区域(24)前面的另外的斜面(30)形成导入斜面,所述导入斜面使所述锁紧涨圈(20)在安装过程中扩宽到安装空间(32)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,所述安装空间(32)的径向深度(d2)大于所述锁紧涨圈(20)的线直径(d1)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,沿安装方向跟随外径最大的区域(24)设有另外的斜面(28)作为阀体(4)的与锁紧涨圈(20)配合作用的保持面。
4.根据权利要求2所述的阀,其特征在于,沿安装方向跟随外径 最大的区域(24)设有另外的斜面(28)作为阀体(4)的与锁紧涨圈(20)配合作用的保持面。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的阀,其特征在于,形成壳体(6)的保持面的所述第一斜面(26)和形成阀体(4)的保持面的所述另外的斜面(28)朝向纵轴线(18)相对彼此收敛地延伸,使得所述第一斜面和所述另外的斜面之间的距离在它们的走向之内减小到小于锁紧涨圈(20)的线直径(d1)的值。
6.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的阀,其特征在于,所述锁紧涨圈(20)具有从环平面弯曲的端部部分(40),在阀体(4)中设有轴向延伸的槽(46)并且在壳体(6)中设有形式为孔(48)或者槽(50)的从安装空间(32)沿轴向延伸的空隙,所述槽和空隙形成用于锁紧涨圈(20)的端部部分(40)的嵌接空间。
7.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的阀,其特征在于,所述阀是在液压回路中使用的阀。
8.根据权利要求1至4之一所述的阀,其特征在于,所述安装位置是无间隙的。
