Taking the production of the sandwich thermal insulation external wall panel as an example, the production process of the wall panel is as follows: the second wall board 12 is an outer leaf wall, the first wall board 10 is an inner leaf wall, after concrete for forming the outer leaf wall is poured in the mold, the claw-shaped part is inserted into a concrete layer before the concrete is not solidified, a heat preservation layer is installed after the concrete is solidified, the connecting rod 4 penetrates through the heat preservation layer, the end part of the connecting rod 4 is connected with the first embedded part 1, finally, the inner leaf wall is poured on the heat preservation layer, and the first embedded part 1 is anchored in the inner leaf wall. On the basis of the above embodiment, in another embodiment of the present invention, the connecting rod 4 is preferably a cylindrical rod, the upper end of which is provided with an external thread, and the connecting portion is provided with a connecting hole, the connecting hole is provided with an internal thread, and the connecting rod 4 and the connecting portion are connected by a thread. According to the arrangement mode, the first embedded part 1 and the connecting rod 4 are fixedly connected together in a detachable mode through a threaded connection mode, the structure is simple, the reliability is good, and the use cost is low.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in another embodiment of the present invention, the connecting portion and the anchoring portion are made of a heat insulating material, a connecting hole is formed in the connecting portion, a sleeve is formed in the connecting hole, an internal thread is formed in the sleeve, and the thread section of the connecting rod 4 is connected with the sleeve thread. It should be noted that, in an embodiment, the fit between the sleeve and the connecting hole is an interference fit, and the sleeve is pressed into the connecting hole by an external force. On the basis of the above embodiment, in another embodiment of the present invention, the first end, i.e., the upper end shown in the drawing, of the connecting rod 4 is provided with an end anchor around which a heat insulating material is fixed by a die casting process. More specifically, the end anchor provided at the upper end of the connecting rod 4 has an end area larger than the cross-sectional area of the connecting rod 4, so that the connecting rod 4 is not easily pulled out even when the connecting rod 4 is stretched by a large external force. This mode of setting, simple structure, the end anchor has improved the tensile effect of connecting piece.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in another embodiment of the present invention, the second embedded part is made of stainless steel, as shown in fig. 6, 7 and 9, one end of each of the plurality of claw teeth 5 is detachably disposed at the lower end of the anchoring portion at intervals, specifically, in one embodiment, a connecting hole is disposed on the anchoring portion, one end of each of the claw teeth 5 is provided with a connecting section capable of being matched with the connecting hole, and the connecting section is detachably disposed in the connecting hole. The claws 5 are uniformly arranged, and the number of the claws can be two, or three or more. The lower end of the claw teeth 5 is provided with a sharp corner, so that the sharp corner can be conveniently inserted into the unset concrete layer during use, and meanwhile, the wallboard cannot be damaged. It should be noted that in other embodiments, the claw 5 may also be in the shape of a nail, a fin, or any other possible shape. This mode of setting up through set up claw tooth 5 at the lower extreme of second built-in fitting 3, during the use, can insert easily in the prefabricated plate, not only can effectively improve the efficiency of construction, can also improve the joint strength between later stage connecting piece and the wallboard.

It should be noted that, in order to conveniently set the claw teeth 5, the anchoring portion may further be provided with a plurality of connecting pieces for connecting with the claw teeth 5, one ends of the plurality of connecting pieces are fixedly disposed on the anchoring portion, and the threaded hole is opened at the other end of the connecting piece. Of course, the connecting piece and the anchoring portion may be of an integral structure. This mode of setting, claw tooth 5 passes through threaded connection with the anchorage portion, has low in production cost, connects the advantage that the reliability is good.
On the basis of the above embodiment, in another embodiment of the present invention, the lower end of the connecting rod 4 is fixedly connected to the second embedded part 3 by welding. Besides the welding, the connecting rod can be connected with the second embedded part 3 through threads, an external thread is arranged at the second end of the connecting rod 4, namely the lower end shown in the drawing, a connecting part is arranged on the second embedded part 3, the connecting part is specifically arranged at the end part of the second embedded part 3 connected with the lower end of the connecting rod 4, a connecting hole is arranged in the connecting part, the connecting hole is specifically a threaded hole, and the connecting rod 4 is connected with the second embedded part 3 through threads. It should be noted that, besides the two connection methods, any other connection method may be adopted, for example, an anchor end is also provided at the lower end of the connecting rod 4, and the anchor end is used for being clamped with the second embedded part 3.
