背景技术
目前，空压机密封槽加工是先加工键槽，然后进行倒角，由于空压机密封槽尺寸较小，其键槽铣刀刀头直径小，且与刀头的连接处是直接且呈“L”型的直角，即刀头直径与刀座直径有明显区分，经常发生刀头从与刀座的连接折断现象；另外，键槽加工与倒角分开，增加了换刀以及机床空转时间，因此，加工效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供集键槽与倒角加工为一体的，且刀具不容易折断的一种空压机密封槽加工用键槽铣刀。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是：一种空压机密封槽加工用键槽铣刀，在刀座的两端有连接呈一体的键槽铣刀刀头，其特征在于在键槽铣刀刀头与刀座的连接处设有呈带倾斜面的倒角刀头。
采用本实用新型，由于倒角刀头是带斜面的，因而将键槽铣刀刀头与刀座的连接由直接呈直角的“L”型改变为逐渐呈倾角变大的锥形，相对的增加了键槽铣刀刀头直径，因此使键槽铣刀刀头不容易折断，且二刀合成一体，能一次性完成键槽加工与倒角，提高生产效率。
