本实用新型的目的是：装配防错能力强、焊接后强度可靠、插入法兰内的管料不会出现突出法兰装配面而影响密封性，设计合理，安全可靠，可以提升适用范围，减少不合格品产生，降低开发成本，其技术方案如下：
一种排气用自带凸台防错法兰装置，它包括法兰盘1、防错安装孔2、安装通孔3、中间通孔4、法兰台阶5、台阶通孔6、缓冲垫7，其特征在于：所述法兰盘1前顶端表面左侧边缘中间处设有防错安装孔2，所述法兰盘1前顶端表面四周边缘处各设有若干个安装通孔3，所述法兰盘1前顶端表面中间处设有中间通孔4，所述法兰盘1下顶端表面中间处固定连接有法兰台阶6，所述法兰台阶5下顶端表面中间设有台阶通孔6，所述台阶通孔6内部侧顶端表面上方边缘处固定连接有缓冲垫7，所述中间通孔4内部直径小于所述台阶通孔6内部直径，并所述中间通孔4内部与所述台阶通孔6内部相通，所述缓冲垫7内部直径大小与所述中间通孔4内部直径大小相同，所述缓冲垫7外部直径大小与所述台阶通孔6内部直径大小相同，所述防错安装孔2呈半圆弧型形状，所述法兰盘1呈三角形形状，并所述安装通孔3分别设置在内阁角处，所述缓冲垫7由软橡胶材质制成。

参照图1图2所述一种排气用自带凸台防错法兰装置，它包括法兰盘1、防错安装孔2、安装通孔3、中间通孔4、法兰台阶5、台阶通孔6、缓冲垫7，其特征在于：所述法兰盘1前顶端表面左侧边缘中间处设有防错安装孔2，所述法兰盘1前顶端表面四周边缘处各设有若干个安装通孔3，所述法兰盘1前顶端表面中间处设有中间通孔4，所述法兰盘1下顶端表面中间处固定连接有法兰台阶6，所述法兰台阶5下顶端表面中间设有台阶通孔6，所述台阶通孔6内部侧顶端表面上方边缘处固定连接有缓冲垫7，所述中间通孔4内部直径小于所述台阶通孔6内部直径，并所述中间通孔4内部与所述台阶通孔6内部相通，所述缓冲垫7内部直径大小与所述中间通孔4内部直径大小相同，所述缓冲垫7外部直径大小与所述台阶通孔6内部直径大小相同，所述防错安装孔2呈半圆弧型形状，所述法兰盘1呈三角形形状，并所述安装通孔3分别设置在内阁角处，所述缓冲垫7由软橡胶材质制成。
使用时，首先将缓冲垫7插入法兰台阶5上的台阶通孔6内，然后将法兰盘1安装在管料上方并插入台阶通孔6内，然后校对防错安装孔2位置并下压，最后将螺栓插入安装通孔3内并将法兰盘固定即可，缓冲垫7可以防止管料顶坏法兰盘1。
