背景技术
不同长度大小的板材为了加工需要剪切，现有的一些半自动板材加工设备通常需要人工推料进行板料的剪切，这样不仅人工劳动强度大，而且板材加工效率低，为了解决这一问题，因此，我们提出一种能自动推料的板材推送装置。

为实现上述目的，本实用新型提供如下技术方案：一种能自动推料的板材推送装置,包括机架、万向轮、滑杆支撑件、推板、滑杆和气缸，所述机架底部设有支撑腿，所述支撑腿底部设有万向轮，所述机架顶部设有推板，所述推板底部设有底板，所述底板底部两侧开设有滑动孔，所述滑杆置于所述滑动孔内，且滑杆通过机架顶部两侧设有的滑杆支撑件安装固定，所述气缸安装在机架顶部中间处。
优选的，所述万向轮设有四个，且万向轮上设有脚踏轮锁。
优选的，所述滑杆设有两根位于机架顶部两侧。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：该能自动推料的板材推送装置，能对板材进行自动推料，避免了人工推料，不仅提高了板材的加工效率，而且一定程度的减低了人工的劳动强度，同时通过支撑腿底部设有万向轮，使得设备移动更加方便，且结构简单、设计合理、易于推广使用。

本实用新型改进在于：该能自动推料的板材推送装置，通过万向轮2设有四个，且万向轮2上设有脚踏轮锁，不仅使设备能够移动方便，而且通过万向轮2底部设有脚踏轮锁能够控制万向轮2的打开和锁定状态，通过滑杆5设有两根位于机架1顶部两侧使得推板4能够做直线运动。
