背景技术
[0002]数控深孔钻镗床主要用于石油钻杆设备、液压缸、气缸等零件的高精度钻镗削和修配,可适用于不同国家地质石油、煤炭、风电等零件的加工和修复。是加工核电转子、大型电站转子、水轮机主轴等核心部件必不可少的制造装备。随着社会对能源需求的快速增长及石油、煤炭行业开采难度不断加大,同时人们环境保护意识的不断增强,对石油开采设备的要求也向着高精度、高效率、对环境影响小的方向发展。随着承载能力、加工范围的不断扩大,提高了设计研发的难度。数控深孔钻镗床的中心架装置普遍采用互成120°的三抓支撑形式,三个圆柱支撑点,属于悬臂结构,刚度差易振动。人工调整三个支点,存在一个无法准确定心的问题,对中效率低,这样传统的中心架已不能满足数控机床的加工要求。

[0020]所述的一种托辊式中心架,工作时,首先松开第一锁紧螺母4和第二锁紧螺母8,弹簧10伸展顶起中心架上体。螺栓3沿销钉I轴心旋转110°,使中心架上体左端完全脱开,通过手柄2推动中心架上体沿心轴9旋转至90°位置。根据工件外圆直径大小,可以选择使是否使用右小支架12和左小支架22,如果工件直径较大可去掉右小支架12和左小支架22,直接将右滚轮13和左滚轮23装至右滚轮架14和左滚轮架21上支撑工件。工件从中心架上方落下,通过手轮18转动左丝杆19传递扭矩至左丝母20,左丝杆19和右丝杆15由联轴器17联接,而左丝杆19和右丝杆15旋向相反,所以在手轮18转动左丝杆19的同时右丝杆15传递扭矩至右丝母16。两个滚轮架的整体移动是靠下体中的两根丝杆驱动。所以只要转动手轮18,即可使得两滚轮同时夹紧或放松。滚轮内部结构与中心架滚轮相同,由一对圆锥滚子轴承支承。当工件定位至主轴中心时托辊通过调整位置支撑住工件,滚子随工件旋转。然后通过手柄2推动中心架上体沿心轴9反向旋转90度位置使上体与下体重合,螺栓3沿销钉I轴心反向旋转110°,紧固第一锁紧螺母4和第二锁紧螺母8,使中心架上下体合为一体。再通过转动丝杆6传递扭矩给套筒5,套筒5沿竖直方向移动调整卡持不同大小直径的工件,到位支承工件后,用锁紧压块7锁紧套筒,使滚轮接触工件并随工件旋转。

1.一种托辊式中心架,其特征是包括对应设置的上体和下体,所述的上体和下体分别通过螺栓和心轴相连,上丝杆通过套筒安装在上体上,上丝杆下端设置有上滚轮,下体下方设置有左丝杆和右丝杆,左丝杆和右丝杆通过联轴器相连,左滚轮架通过左丝母安装在左丝杆上,左滚轮安装在左滚轮架上,右滚轮架通过右丝母安装在右丝杆上,右滚轮安装在右滚轮架上。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种托辊式中心架,其特征在于:所述的上体上还设置有手柄,所述的上体上对应套筒设置有锁紧块。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种托辊式中心架,其特征在于:所述的上体内采用圆柱体内上丝杠传递扭矩带动套筒移动,套筒前端采用上滚轮接触工件,上滚轮内配一对圆锥滚子轴承,上滚轮随工件一同旋转。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种托辊式中心架,其特征在于:所述的螺栓通过销钉安装在下体上,螺栓上端还设置有第一锁紧螺母;所述的心轴下端安装在下体上,心轴上还设置有弹簧,心轴上端设置有第二锁紧螺母。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种托辊式中心架,其特征在于:所述的左丝杆外端设置有手轮,所述的上滚轮、左滚轮和右滚轮中心对应设置与上体和下体的中心重合,上滚轮、左滚轮和右滚轮之间夹角依次为120°。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种托辊式中心架,其特征在于:所述的左滚轮与左滚轮架之间还设置有左小支架,所述的右滚轮与右滚轮架之间还设置有右小支架。
