目前在铅酸蓄电池生产过程中,需要使用电池清洗机清洗加酸后残留在电池表面的酸液,清洗干燥后表面仍会残留许多余水,影响后续工作,给产品质量带来一定的隐患。

一种电池清洗机清理表面余水装置,在电池清洗机传送带上方依次设喷气管道和感应烘干器,喷气管道与空气压缩机相连。

所述感应烘干器为红外感应烘干器。

本实用新型提供的电池清洗机清理表面余水装置,如图1所示,在电池清洗机传送带1上方依次设喷气管道2和感应烘干器4,喷气管道2下侧布满喷气孔,一端封闭,另一端与与空气压缩机相连,喷气管道2两侧设倾斜挡板3,可使喷气管道2喷出的正压空气集中吹至电池表面;感应烘干器优选为红外感应烘干器,通过感应到电池再进行工作可节省能量。
