优选地，通过斜置振动筛对粉碎的石材原料进行筛分过滤，有效避免未充分粉碎的原料进入研磨腔，避免造成卡堵和停机情况，并通过回料传送带自动将未充分破碎的原料送回粉碎机，进行再次粉碎，作业效率高。进料斗中设置螺旋搅拌轴，可有效实现对进料斗内原料的翻搅，避免造成进料堵塞，使设备运转更加流畅高效。

如图1所示：本实用新型的该碳酸钙研磨改性一体机，包括碳酸钙研磨机进料斗5和设置在进料斗5下方的研磨腔7，研磨腔7上连接有双轴螺旋推进器9，推进器9通过一变频控制的定量泵13连接有改性助剂储料筒14，推进器9的两个螺旋推进轴10间通过设置在推进器壳体外相互啮合的齿轮11联运同步转动，其中一个推进轴10与驱动电机12连接，通过变频控制的定量泵13将适量的改性剂泵入推进器9，再通过双轴螺旋推进器9推进注入研磨机的研磨腔7，改性剂在研磨腔7内与研磨中的碳酸钙相互均匀混合，并通过研磨腔7内研磨机构研磨过程中产生的热量使碳酸钙得到有效改性，改性后由设置有研磨腔底部的出料口出料。
进一步作为优选方案，所述进料斗5上方设置有斜置的振动筛2，振动筛2的上方设置有与破碎机连接的来料传送带1，振动筛2的下端设置有与破碎机连接的回料传送带3，通过振动筛2对破碎的石材原料进行筛分过滤，符合研磨生产要求的下落至进料斗5，不符合要求的滚落至回料传送带3，送回破碎机，进行再次破碎，可有效实现破碎、研磨、改性的一体自动化生产。
所述进料斗5中心设置有螺旋搅拌轴6，搅拌轴6顶端通过传动带或链条与设置在进料斗5一侧的搅拌电机15联运，通过搅拌电机15驱动搅拌轴6旋转，进而带动设置在搅拌轴6上的螺旋叶片实现对进料斗5内原料的翻搅。
