Abstract
本实用新型提供电路板切角机，它包括有锯片、挡板、推送板，其中，锯片盘面向上水平安装在加工平台上，并由加工平台内的动力机构带动旋转，锯片设有挡板，挡板两端通过相应的导柱安装在加工平台上，安装后的挡板位于锯片盘缘上方，同一端的导柱之间通过水平调节螺杆连接，加工平台两端设有槽体相对的U形滑槽，推送板两端活动装配在相应的U形滑槽内，其中一条U形滑槽外侧设有推送槽，推送槽上安装有推送手柄。采用本方案后具有结构简单、操作方便、可适应各种规格的电路板使用。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电路板技术领域，尤其是指电路板切角机。
背景技术
电路板的名称有线路板，PCB板，铝基板，高频板，厚铜板，阻抗板，PCB，超薄线路板，超薄电路板，印刷（铜刻蚀技术）电路板等。电路板使电路迷你化、直观化，对于固定电路的批量生产和优化用电器布局起重要作用。电路板按层数来分的话分为单面板，双面板，和多层线路板三个大的分类。电路板在生产时都要经过切角处理，现有很多企业没有专用切角设备或采用进口设备，采用进口设备价格昂贵，会大大增加生产成本，没有专用设备时则采用人工在锯片机上磨角，这种方式劳动强度大，效率低，切角不均匀。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构简单、操作方便的电路板切角机。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型所提供的技术方案为：电路板切角机，它包括有锯片、挡板、推送板，其中，锯片盘面向上水平安装在加工平台上，并由加工平台内的动力机构带动旋转，锯片设有挡板，挡板两端通过相应的导柱安装在加工平台上，安装后的挡板位于锯片盘缘上方，同一端的导柱之间通过水平调节螺杆连接，加工平台两端设有槽体相对的U形滑槽，推送板两端活动装配在相应的U形滑槽内，其中一条U形滑槽外侧设有推送槽，推送槽上安装有推送手柄，推送手柄与该端的推送板连接，推送板顶部中心处设有垂直向上的推送杆。
所述的安装后的推送板位于挡板下方。
所述的U形滑槽的长度方向与挡板长度方向一致。
本实用新型在采用上述方案后，待切角电路板放置在两块挡板上，并与推送板抵触，切角时转动推送手柄或向锯片方向推动推送杆使推送板向锯片方向移动，对电路板进行切角，两块挡板之间的间距可以通过水平调节螺杆进行调节，采用本方案后具有结构简单、操作方便、可适应各种规格的电路板使用。

下面结合所有附图对本实用新型作进一步说明，本实用新型的较佳实施例为：参见附图1，本实施例所述的电路板切角机包括有锯片1、挡板2、推送板3，其中，锯片1盘面向上水平安装在加工平台4上，并由加工平台4内的动力机构带动旋转，锯片1设有挡板2，挡板2两端通过相应的导柱5安装在加工平台4上，安装后的挡板2位于锯片1盘缘上方，同一端的导柱5之间通过水平调节螺杆6连接，加工平台4两端设有槽体相对的U形滑槽7，所述的U形滑槽7的长度方向与挡板2长度方向一致，推送板3两端活动装配在相应的U形滑槽7内，其中一条U形滑槽7外侧设有推送槽，推送槽上安装有推送手柄8，推送手柄8与该端的推送板3连接，推送板3顶部中心处设有垂直向上的推送杆9，所述的安装后的推送板3位于挡板2下方。本实施例待切角电路板放置在两块挡板上，并与推送板抵触，切角时转动推送手柄或向锯片方向推动推送杆使推送板向锯片方向移动，对电路板进行切角，两块挡板之间的间距可以通过水平调节螺杆进行调节。

1.电路板切角机，其特征在于：它包括有锯片（1）、挡板（2）、推送板（3），其中，锯片（1）盘面向上水平安装在加工平台（4）上，并由加工平台（4）内的动力机构带动旋转，锯片（1）设有挡板（2），挡板（2）两端通过相应的导柱（5）安装在加工平台（4）上，安装后的挡板（2）位于锯片（1）盘缘上方，同一端的导柱（5）之间通过水平调节螺杆（6）连接，加工平台（4）两端设有槽体相对的U形滑槽（7），推送板（3）两端活动装配在相应的U形滑槽（7）内，其中一条U形滑槽（7）外侧设有推送槽，推送槽上安装有推送手柄（8），推送手柄（8）与该端的推送板（3）连接，推送板（3）顶部中心处设有垂直向上的推送杆（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电路板切角机，其特征在于：安装后的推送板（3）位于挡板（2）下方。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电路板切角机，其特征在于：U形滑槽（7）的长度方向与挡板（2）长度方向一致。
