背景技术
[0002]纤维素醚是一种天然纤维素的改性产品,可溶于水,具有优良的化学性质,广泛用于各种工业领域,被称为工业味精。纤维素醚的主要制备过程包括碱化、醚化、洗涤、烘干和粉碎。醚化或洗涤耙干完成后的纤维素醚物料呈絮状,含有约20%_40%水分,常规情况下无法进行粉碎操作,因此需要进入烘干系统进行烘干。烘干机的主要作用是将醚化后或洗涤耙干后的纤维素醚物料中的多余水分去除,这样才能进行粉碎操作。
[0003]纤维素醚通常采用间歇式生产,从耙干机或醚化反应器等间歇性操作的设备中输出的物料通常堆积在一起,而且还有较高的温度和水分,高温的纤维素醚物料非常容易水化,在堆积过程中易产生结块,导致物料在烘干机内分布不均,出现烘干困难、烘干后物料外干里湿的情况,造成烘干能力不足、粉碎障碍等情况出现。
[0004]目前,纤维素醚类生产中所用的烘干机主要有震动流化床、链板式烘干机等,其原理都是采用热空气将物料中的水分蒸发带走,因此需要烘干机内物料均匀且疏松。当待烘干物料被铺设至链板式烘干机后,物料与烘干链板即保持静止,因此当物料中有因水分过高而结块或物料铺设过厚时,物料不易烘干,烘干效率大幅度降低,蒸汽使用量增加;震动流化床采用不停的震动避免了物料的静止,但对于待烘干的物料的状态有一定的选择性,不同物料的震动轨迹差异较大,需要针对性调整振幅和频率才能保证烘干效率;更严重时会导致待烘干物料在震动流化床中无法形成正确的运行轨迹而堆积,产生安全隐患。
[0005]综上所述,目前现有的纤维素醚烘干装置均无法满足工业化规模生产的要求。因此,研发一种新的、烘干效果好、产能高的纤维素醚用烘干装置是十分必要的。
