Abstract

本发明公开了一种高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统。包括湿法制粒机、与所述湿法制粒机连接的摇摆颗粒机、以及与所述摇摆颗粒机连接的沸腾干燥机,所述摇摆颗粒机与沸腾干燥机之间设有一预干燥装置。该高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统组成结构简单、合理,能够更好地适应和满足高粘性物料制粒的工艺要求,可有效避免制粒过程的板结成块,以及干燥过程塌床现象,有助于进一步优化工艺参数。

高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统
技术领域
本发明的涉及一种制药装置。尤其涉及一种高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统。
背景技术
高粘性中药浸膏物料制粒如达立通颗粒等的主要原辅料为浸膏﹕糊精=1﹕1.2。浸膏比重约1.285,浸膏特性比较粘稠(固含量约65%),成分复杂,含有大量水溶性和亲水性成分,吸收和结合水分能力很强,在机械缠绕、立体效应、静电引力、游离液体,固体桥等作用下浸膏粉易聚集,粘结,导致流动性差,制粒过程容易板结成块,干燥过程极易塌床。
其颗粒在规定时间内制成的10目至80目之间的颗粒率要≥90%,水份小于4.0%,色泽均匀一致。现有用于此类物料制粒的生产装置大多很难满足或达到上述生产工艺要求。因而对进一步提高产品的生产质量形成一定的制约。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统。该高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统组成结构简单、合理,能够更好地适应和满足高粘性物料制粒的工艺要求,可有效避免制粒过程的板结成块,以及干燥过程塌床现象,有助于进一步优化工艺参数。
本发明的高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统的技术方案包括湿法制粒机、与所述湿法制粒机连接的摇摆颗粒机、以及与所述摇摆颗粒机连接的沸腾干燥机,所述摇摆颗粒机与沸腾干燥机之间设有一预干燥装置。
所述预干燥装置包括其出口连接于所述沸腾干燥机的热风处理系统与摇摆颗粒机的出料口之间的预干燥风机。
所述沸腾干燥机其进料管以与该沸腾干燥机的相应的料桶切线呈一小于90度的夹角延伸入桶内。
所述沸腾干燥机的相应的网板的网孔其相应一端孔口端面与网板的该相应一面的壁面呈一小于180度的夹角。
所述沸腾干燥机的热风处理系统设有相应的除湿装置。
所述沸腾干燥机的输出端连接于相应的提升真空整粒机,所述提升真空整粒机设有相应的提升真空上料装置。
本发明的高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统由于其系统组成以及各相应的装置的结构科学、合理,能更好地适应于高粘性物料制粒生产,从根本上改善和提高了产品质量和生产效率,并能有效降低能源消耗和生产成本。

具体实施方式
现通过实施例并结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-8所示。本实施例的高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统包括湿法制粒机1、与湿法制粒机1连接的摇摆颗粒机4、与摇摆颗粒机4连接的沸腾干燥机2、以及与沸腾干燥机2连接的提升真空整粒机3等。提升真空整粒机3设有相应的真空上料机20,其湿法制粒机1还连接有压力加浆罐21。
摇摆颗粒机4与沸腾干燥机2之间设有一预干燥装置。其预干燥装置包括一预干燥风机5等。所述预干燥风机与摇摆颗粒机之间设有相应的引风过滤柜6,预干燥装置还包括其一端口连接于摇摆颗粒机4的出料口的三通4a,三通4a的另两端口分别对应连接于引风过滤柜6的出口和沸腾干燥机2的相应的料桶23的物料输入端(进料口),预干燥风机5的入口和出口分别对应连接于沸腾干燥机的热风处理系统8的热风柜7和引风过滤柜6的入口。湿法制粒机1制得的颗粒料经摇摆制粒机输送到沸腾干燥机前通过其相应的预干燥装置进行预干燥,可有效解决因物料粘性高而导致输送过程中发生堵塞的问题,影响生产的正常进行。
沸腾干燥机2其进料管(即真空吸料管)24在沸腾干燥机2的相应的料桶23的径向切面上、是以与该沸腾干燥机2的该料桶23的相应的切线呈30度的夹角25向下倾斜或呈水平延伸入料桶23,且其进料管24设置于靠料桶23的上端处。以避免使输入的物料经过进料口(或进料管)后直接掉在网板上而堵塞风道,并使物料能更充分的加热。
沸腾干燥机2的相应的网板9的各网孔10其相应一端孔口(进口或出口)端面与网板9的相应一面(靠进口或出口一面)的壁面呈一或等于小于180度的夹角,即该网孔的相应一端的端口处于网板的相应一面的板面上部,流经各网孔10的物料的流向方向与网板的相应的轴向方向呈一大于0度小于90度夹角。网板9的各网孔10由网板9板体冲压形成,其冲压形成的各凸起部10b于网板9的相应一面壁面上呈鱼鳞状。使流经该网板的风形成漩涡式,延长了物料到相应的除尘室的路线,进而相对延长了物料与热风的接触时间,获得加热更充分的效果。
沸腾干燥机2的热风处理系统8包括设于相对上部的相应的风道的热风处理系统8的入风口内的初效过滤器11,分别设于相对下部的相应的风道内的中效过滤器15、高温高效过滤器18、以及位于中效过滤器15与高温高效过滤器18之间的加热器16。
沸腾干燥机2的热风处理系统8设有相应的除湿装置,所述除湿装置包括设于沸腾干燥机的热风处理系统的初效过滤器内的进风侧的表冷除湿器,以及设于所述表冷除湿器的出风侧(输出侧)的挡水板。具体为:除湿装置包括设于初效过滤器11的出风侧(输出侧)的热风处理系统8的相对上部的风道内的表冷除湿器12,以及设于表冷除湿器12的出风侧(输出侧)的挡水板13。除湿装置(或其表冷除湿器)设有排水管14,其排水管14通过相对下部风道向外延伸。在加热器16与高温高效过滤器18之间设有冷/热风控制阀17。其可有效避免因风道内相对湿度过高而返潮塌床,并可降低能源消耗。
风通过上部风道的相应一端入口经初效过滤器、表冷除湿器进入下部风道,再经中效过滤器后由加热器进行加热,最后经高温高效过滤器进一步过滤后沸腾干燥机。通过冷/热风进风控制阀17可进行热风的温度和/或风量进行调节控制。
沸腾干燥机2的热风处理系统8的冷/热风进风控制阀17设有相应的阀门定位器。
所述沸腾干燥机的输出端连接于相应的提升真空整粒机。所述提升真空整粒机与相应的周转料筒之间设有多层式布袋,所述多层式布袋的相应一端的内层伸入至周转料筒内、其外层连接于周转料筒的扎布袋口。即其提升真空整粒机3通过一两层式布袋32与相应的周转料筒连接,多层式布袋32的与周转料筒31连接的一端的内层32b伸入至周转料筒31内腔、其外层32a连接于周转料筒31的扎布袋口。两层式布袋由防静电滤布构成。在提高系统的密闭程度和可靠度的基础上,可以有效防止提升真空整粒机与周转料筒之间滞留物料,避免各不同产品原料发生混用发生质量问题。
本发明高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统是在生产常规物料工艺参数基础上,将湿法制粒机搅拌浆速度减小,提高切割刀速度,进而增加了切割刀与物料的切割次数。
本发明的高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统运行时,启动系统,将称量后的粉料用真空上料方式,加入湿法制粒机的锅体内,开启相应的低速搅拌和切割,而后通过压力加浆罐将浆料压入锅体内,开启高速搅拌,可通过锅盖上的视镜观察物料成型情况。本发明的湿法制粒机在常规的物料生产工艺参数基础上,减小浆料输入到锅体后的高速搅拌机的浆料搅拌速度,并提高相应的切割刀速度,增加切割刀与物料的切割次数。
制粒完成后,开启摇摆制粒机,沸腾干燥机加热器,引风机(或预干燥风机),打开湿法制粒机的出料门,搅拌浆低速转动将物料输送到沸腾干燥机,干燥过程中,根据干燥的进行程度,不断调整风机频率,进风阀(冷/热风进风控制阀)开口角度,及蒸汽比例调节阀。干燥完成后,打开沸腾干燥机的真空出料口、真空上料机及提升真空整粒机,暂不打开真空提升整粒机缓冲罐的手动出料阀门(缓冲罐容积与沸腾干燥机的产能配套,保证物料能一次性抽完)将物料输送至真空提升整粒机缓冲罐,同开打开脉冲除尘。输送完后,关闭真空上料机及脉冲除尘,打开整粒机,整粒机出料口通过防静两层式布袋与周转料筒对接,实现密闭无尘。下料整粒过程中如出现堵料和架桥现象,可开启气锤式振动器敲击罐壁。
本发明的另一实施例中,如图9所示,其提升真空整粒机设有提升真空上料装置,提升真空上料装置包括除尘罩壳38、旋转式机架32、手摇控制装置31、除尘布袋34、脉冲除尘装置等。所述提升真空整粒机的料桶3a通过除尘罩壳连接有一导料管39。除尘罩壳38的顶部开设有一吸风口35,其除尘罩壳通过吸风口35与相应的真空上料机20连接。除尘罩壳38的下端口与相应的提升真空整粒机3的料桶3a的进料口对应可气密性连接,其外径远小除尘罩壳的下端口的相应的内径的导料管39的一端、自除尘罩壳8的内腔插入并延伸出除尘罩壳的下端端口至料桶3a内,作为进料口的导料管39的另一端自除尘罩壳38的相应一侧壁延伸出除尘罩壳外部,且导料管39的该另一端与除尘罩壳的相应罩壁为气密性连接固定。
提升真空上料装置可通过连接于其除尘罩壳38与旋转式机架32之间滑轮机构,以及连接于滑轮机构与旋转式机架2之间的手摇控制装置31旋转升降式连接于旋转式机架32上。其脉冲除尘装置包括设于除尘罩壳38内的若干除尘布袋34,脉冲控制装置33包括有连接于除尘布袋的控制阀及其相应脉冲控制器。
其除尘罩壳38的相应的一侧连接有一安全阀,以控制其除尘罩壳和料桶3a内的负压极限。
当需要对料桶3a上料时,将除尘罩壳通过手摇控制装置移至料桶3a的进料口处,并使除尘罩壳的下端口与料桶3a的进料口气密性对接,并用卡箍固定。将导料管的作为进料口的该另一端与相应的沸腾干燥机的输出口连接,即可对料桶3a真空上料。上料过程中可由脉冲控制装置设置脉冲除尘时间和脉冲除尘间隔。不上料时通过手摇控制装置将旋转式机架旋转移离于料桶3a,不占工作空间,并可同时为多个相应的无尘生产系统供料。

Claims (6)

1.一种高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统,包括湿法制粒机、与所述湿法制粒机连接的摇摆颗粒机、以及与所述摇摆颗粒机连接的沸腾干燥机,其特征是所述摇摆颗粒机与沸腾干燥机之间设有一预干燥装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统,其特征是所述预干燥装置包括其出口连接于所述沸腾干燥机的热风处理系统与摇摆颗粒机的出料口之间的预干燥风机。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统,其特征是所述沸腾干燥机其进料管以与该沸腾干燥机的相应的料桶切线呈一小于90度的夹角延伸入桶内。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统,其特征是所述沸腾干燥机的相应的网板的网孔其相应一端孔口端面与网板的该相应一面的壁面呈一小于180度的夹角。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统,其特征是所述沸腾干燥机的热风处理系统设有相应的除湿装置。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述高粘性物料制粒无尘生产系统,其特征是所述沸腾干燥机的输出端连接于相应的提升真空整粒机,所述提升真空整粒机设有相应的提升真空上料装置。
