本实用新型属于军用装备制造领域,具体说是一种钛合金坦克车履带板。
背景技术
坦克车的履带板一般由锰钢制造,当外界冲击时产生硬化从而高强度和耐磨损,提高使用寿命。但是,在低温高寒环境容易发生脆性断裂,重量比较大。全天候及轻型化的设计中很难解决上述问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种钛合金坦克车履带板,从根本上解决了现有履带板生产成本高、强度差等问题。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供了如下技术方案:该钛合金坦克车履带板,包括两侧带有弧形部的履带板主体,其技术要点是:所述弧形部上贯通有装配孔I,装配孔I之间通过缝隙相连通,同时贯穿履带板主体及缝隙设有装配孔II,缝隙中部与装配孔I同向设有装配孔III,履带板主体下部设有槽型部。
该钛合金坦克车履带板的生产方法,其技术要点是,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)在850℃~900℃下锻造板坯作为模锻备胚,抗拉强度930MPa~1100MPa,屈服强度800MPa~900MPa;
步骤2)在850℃~900℃下模锻成形,模锻毛坯的屈服强度830MPa~880MPa,硬度≥28HRc;
步骤3)修磨后再次在850℃~900℃下模锻成形;
步骤4)机械加工半成品后在履带板与地面接触侧堆焊耐磨覆层,采用激光、电子束或等离子高能焊接手段,在经过清理的表面熔覆一层镍基合金,再在镍基合金覆层堆焊碳化钛硬质合金,结合强度≥300MPa,表面硬度≥58HRc表面堆焊复合材料。
本实用新型的有益效果:槽型部的设置在不影响强度的前提下有效减轻了重量,通过设置水平方向的装配I和装配III,竖直方向的装配孔II,利于装配的进行。装配孔III小于装配孔I,便于串联。采用干销式锰钢铸造履带板,板上装有可更换的橡胶衬垫。每条履带各由96块履带板构成,两条履带共重4.719t。改成钛合金复合后,可减重至2.831t,也提高了履带板的全天候性能。钛合金自身的高强度,耐腐蚀,耐寒冷性能均高于锰钢,大大的提高履带板性能。特别是在履带板与地面接触部位的局部硬化复合结构,是钛合金能够制作坦克车履带板的关键技术。与单纯钛合金材料制造履带板相比,复合结构能够满足坦克车原设计功能。

其中,钛合金含有以下重量份的组分:铝3.0~5.5wt%、矾2.0~3.0wt%、铁1.0~2.2wt%、氧0.1~0.4wt%、钛余量。
该钛合金坦克车履带板的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1)在850℃~900℃下锻造板坯作为模锻备胚,抗拉强度930MPa~1100MPa,屈服强度800MPa~900MPa;
