背景技术
如今汽车内饰件产品，常用塑料骨架外表面复合皮革制成，不仅提要内饰件强度，还增加了内饰件美观度。但内饰件生产时，皮革的边界要小于塑料骨架边界，采用正常的冲切模具裁切皮革，对冲刀刀刃锋利度，冲刀进程精度要求较高，常会遇见进程略小，无法冲断皮革；进程略大，冲坏塑料骨架的问题。

目的：为了克服现有技术中存在的不足，本实用新型提供一种热刀冲切结构。
技术方案：为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种热刀冲切结构，包括：上模板、下模板、冲刀、加工件、加热丝、固定件，所述上模板底部设置有冲刀，所述下模板顶部放置有加工件，所述加工件包括骨架、皮革，所述骨架外包裹有皮革；所述冲刀侧面通过固定件设置有加热丝。
所述冲刀正面、背面均通过固定件设置有加热丝。
所述加热丝设置为均匀回折结构，用于使冲刀加热均匀。
所述回折结构的回折间距设置为0.5-1cm，用于加快冲刀加热速度。
作为优选方案，所述骨架采用塑料材质。
作为优选方案，所述皮革采用天然皮或人工革。

如图1所示，一种热刀冲切结构，包括：上模板1、下模板2、冲刀3、加工件4、加热丝5、固定件6，所述上模板1底部设置有冲刀3，所述下模板2顶部放置有加工件4，所述加工件4包括骨架41、皮革42，所述骨41架外包裹有皮革42；所述冲刀3侧面通过固定件6设置有加热丝5。所述冲刀3正面、背面均通过固定件6设置有加热丝5。
如图2所示，所述加热丝5设置为均匀回折结构，用于使冲刀加热均匀。所述回折结构的回折间距设置为0.8cm，用于加快冲刀加热速度。
