背景技术
咸蛋对外销售时都需要进行包装，通常是在一张下塑料膜上压制多个用于放置咸蛋的蛋槽，然后盖上一张上塑料膜，再加热塑封，但对下塑料膜压制蛋槽需要一种生产进度的设备。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述现有技术存在的问题做出改进，即本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种咸蛋塑封下膜成型装置，提高生产效率，结构简单。
为了解决上述技术问题，本实用新型的技术方案是：一种咸蛋塑封下膜成型装置，包括下吸板、位于下吸板正上方的上压板和笼罩上压板的护罩，所述下吸板上均布有若干个沉槽，所述沉槽底部均布有若干个吸孔，所述吸孔通过一真空管与一真空泵相连通，所述上压板上均布有与沉槽数量相等的加热模块，所述加热模块的形状与沉槽横截面相同，所述护罩内顶部设置有驱使上压板上下移动的气缸。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本装置利用加热和抽真空的共同作用，对塑料膜上制作蛋槽速度快，结构简单。

具体实施方式
实施例一：如图1~2所示，一种咸蛋塑封下膜成型装置，包括下吸板1、位于下吸板正上方的上压板4和笼罩上压板的护罩3，所述下吸板1上均布有若干个沉槽11，所述沉槽11底部均布有若干个吸孔12，所述吸孔12通过一真空管2与一真空泵相连通，所述上压板4上均布有与沉槽数量相等的加热模块41，所述加热模块的形状与沉槽横截面相同，所述护罩内顶部设置有驱使上压板上下移动的气缸31。
工作时，将塑料膜5铺在下吸板上，然后压下上压板，开启加热模块，然后开启真空泵，塑料膜在加热和抽真空的共同作用下，塑料膜向下拓展贴附沉槽，形成一个个蛋槽。

1.一种咸蛋塑封下膜成型装置，其特征在于：包括下吸板、位于下吸板正上方的上压板和笼罩上压板的护罩，所述下吸板上均布有若干个沉槽，所述沉槽底部均布有若干个吸孔，所述吸孔通过一真空管与一真空泵相连通，所述上压板上均布有与沉槽数量相等的加热模块，所述加热模块的形状与沉槽横截面相同，所述护罩内顶部设置有驱使上压板上下移动的气缸。
